I wasn't too impressed by the 1rst episode.
The plot is average but the acting is exceptional. I'll keep watching but it didn't have a good start (in my opinion).
I hope everyone else enjoys it...
Let's see if it'll improve for me as well , later on.

My mother died from paralyses due to cancer stage 4 and Lin Tuo's tragic story reminds me of her.

I hope the same. That's why I only liked "Flower of evil" . Because it's a married couple that is in love , act like new weds and there's crime-plot

After my mother's death I hardly cry with something. I've become though. No pain can compare with a loss of a person. I never cry with shows. Burning flames got me 😅

Yeah. She moved to an other town far away and she never saw him again. She raised her child in peace. Full on happiness and freedom. Dramas are never too far from reality. Some people are snakes in disguise. 👍

Yeah. And it's sad that there are actually people exactly like him in real life. For example my grandfather married my grandmother only because she had a few extra money saved and a house to live. He was beating her everyday and he was taking all her salary. After she gave birth to her daughter (my mother) she left the house with the baby and escaped from him. There are people like Di Li in our world. They pretend to be loving husbands and one day they snap 🫤
