... 2nd season will never ever surpass S1 but I love Moon Chae Yoon x Lee Joon Gi so much that I'm willing to overlook any flaws! Also I overlooked this stupidness the writers did in ep16 with the amnesia thing lol . I pretend I never watched that and I keep the rest 99% which is perfection lol xD

I thought Tale of the nine tailed would be just some distraction for me and that it would be a mediocre fantasy romance but it actually have some deep meanings and strong emotions in ep2. Sadness and forbidden love were overflowing. So I found something to help me move on hehe.

Yeah it was amazing. The production said they might make a 2nd season but they will official say a "yes or no" in a few weeks. It's not sure yet. link bellow:

Now I'm trying to get over this drama by watching Tale of the nine tailed lol

The plot is about a man almost at his 40s who's married 14 years with his beloved wife ( a police woman) and they live happily with their little daughter. I remember back then when I read in the plot that "he's been hiding his true identity for 14 years from her" and that "he was accused for a murder when he was yound" I thought that this drama is full of betrayals ,lies , sadness.
THAT'S NOT THE CASE.
Every problem they faced ....they faced it together as a couple ...as "one". They were a true Family from the start to the end. In every moment they never doubt each other. In life and death situations that they encountered, they were fighting together. Also their romantic interactions (when they had some free time together ) were so cute.

From the 4th episode the drama makes it clear that he was innocent and never committed any crimes. Despite being abused by his insane father , he himself was a great father and husband and a kind man. He was forced to change his identity . His wife was always supporting him 100% even after learning the truth about him!
There were also many other problems in the drama except his identity ,such as kidnappings/ dealing with drag dealers. Even assassination attempts against his wife (because she was a police officer) . In those life and death situations they fought united and never stopped loving each other deeply and expressing it until the end❤

But Si Teng and Bai Ying is the same actress. So I wouldn't name it axactly a triangle. Indeed there are 2 different women but the female lead is the same so he'll end up with someone at least! In 70% of his dramas he doesn't get the girl at all lol xD

Do you want a couple that trusts each other deeply and love each other beyond imagination? Combine that with crazy action scenes and kidnappings and amazing acting.

If you don't get hooked from the 1rst episode I'll give you a million $. xD

Imagine if Vengo Gao had played the male lead in "Ice fantasy" instead of Shaofeng. Then he would be a cute pair with Victoria Song. Or if he was in the modern drama "Broker" instead of Leo Luo...
Ah....the producers don't know how to make amazing pairs jeez.

I read a rumour on the internet. I don't know if it's 100% accurate. The writer of Tmopb and Pillow book (eternal love of dream) after the huge success Dong hua and feng jiu had in 2020 with their new drama , decided to continue the Pillow book's novel. That sounds interesting. I think it involves time travel or something. At least for once Vin Zhang is gonna get the girl since she's already his fiancee lol ! Or maybe he's gonna get the demon girl since it's the same person xD

This is similar with "God's gift: 14 days" kdrama. The only difference is that main protagonist was the mother but in this one seems to be the father

I can't get enough of Vengo Gao after the end of Eternal love of dream. I'm gonna watch every drama with him. This one though is heart touching with great plot

I've know idea what the synopsis says but since it's a romance/ historical with characters acting maturely , count me in !!!

Δεν θα σποϊλεργιάσω τίποτα. Απλά θέλω να πω πως ενώ το πρώτο επεισόδιο ήταν απλά καλό και όχι τίποτα σπουδαίο (επιπέδου twilight και τέτοια) , το δεύτερο ήταν πραγματικά καταπληκτικό με φοβερή υπόθεση/φαντασία και μεγάλες δόσεις θλίψης . Τελικά δεν είναι απλά περιπέτεια αλλά κρύβει αρκετά νοήματα μέσα. Πρώτη φορά πετυχαίνω δραμα που το 2ο επεισόδιο ξεπερνά κατά πολύ το πρώτο και να ανεβάζει το έργο επίπεδο. xD

I don't like this drama at all. It's hard for me to empathise with such a cunning and shameless character as Kim Yoon Chul (the husband). If he doesn't like his wife he can ask for a divorce. No need for cheating and killing your "other half" just so you can keep the money/restaurant/house.
Also the writers tried to make it comedic somehow. But there is no room for comedy in such sad situations. His wife is a very kind person and yet he dared to try to kill her. So awful. And then we're supposed to feel sorry for him when he tried to commit suicide lol.
P.S.
The acting is very good. I just hate the plot.

It feels like "Nobody Knows".
The plot is different but the atmosphere is the same!

Was IONTBO that good ? Then I'll also check it out for sure. Many people keep saying it was amazing . Thanks I'll add it on my watchlist

After watching flower of evil I have extremely high expectations from dramas . The last episode sucked though due to that unnecessary amnesia -thing. I'm gonna pretend I never saw ep16 and that the drama ending at 15 hahah. That would be perfect! Anyways , FoE leaft a huge gap in my heart and I need a good drama to fill it. I hope our 9-tailed gumiho here will help me forget the perfection of FoE xD

Netflix should have gotten both this drama and Flower of evil. Yeah they sleeping in there lol xD
