I've noticed that thai series/lakorns always have these kind of kisses when the leads are male and female (bls on the other hand have gotten better). I don't know what makes them think viewers like to see that. They don't have to kiss all the time, but if they're going to, please give a proper one, they are actors after all. It is their job to make it seem believable. It doesn't even have to be passionate, but both actors need to kiss back, not just stand there. Kdramas used to do this a lot too, but it's slowly gotten better.
We knew the breakup would come from ES side. She kept wavering the whole time.
The parents being the more adult should be the ones to put aside their differences and support their children's happiness. The affair happened 30 years ago and both are now, supposedly, happily married to someone else. Plus, let's be honest, there was no love left between DG and JA. That marriage was going to end up in divorce one way or another. The whole, not seeing her children for 30 years was the sister's fault so JA can't even blame her ex for that. SW and ES should've just gotten married without their parent's approval and let them be the ones to choose if they want to be a part of their children's life and their future grandkids. Heck! The in laws don't even have to see each other at all. Anyway! Now that the breakup happened I want to see what EH and EA are going to do once JA starts getting involved in their love lives.
We're supposed to assume that in the year they were separated and with the play ME acted on she was able to overcome her insecurities and was ready to give their relationship another try. I wish they had actually shown us how it would be different this time. Other than that, I still think it's a good drama and worth the watch.
I like both personalities, but I'm still leaning towards SH and I was glad to see that he was about to go help K before AH called him. K also looked a bit disappointed it was AH who was with her and not SH. I can also see how much AH loves K and how far he's willing to go to help and protect her so I'm happy for him that he got this first kiss.
I think a big part of Hyun's treatment towards Gyera is because he felt betrayed by the one person who seemed…
SH couldn't believe it was just because he had a crush on her because he didn't know at the time the part about him being the son of her enemy and he still doesn't know she doesn't have feelings for AH. AH was the only one that knew her true identity
Ok so the supposed affair is what cause the divorce that isn't a reason for them to breakup. That's a problem between the adults. Also, without that divorce SW and ES wouldn't have been born so in a weird way it benefited them.
Took more than 80 episodes but looks like HY is slowly moving away from the villain role.
Many kept mentioning the DNA test that I thought they showed the results, but they didn't. Previews are misleading but for now it's hinted that SY might not be the father or his brother. I mention the brother because they are identical twins which means their DNA is identical and a normal paternity test would have a hard time showing which twin is the father, but if it's a negative for one there's a great chance it's negative for the twin. Unless this place has a highly advanced paternity test that looks for the smallest details.
It could be that in one of JW's episodes she had an affair or was raped and since she takes so much medicine she doesn't remember. Could also be the baby (AR) was switched at birth. They hinted that YJ was pregnant so what if her baby survived and JW's died, but since the chairman favors JW he paid to have the babies switched. This could also be why YJ acts like AR is hers and this is also why the paternity test came out as negative for SY.
I also had this other thought before the whole DNA test about why SY wants her to suffer. We know sometimes JW has moments where she becomes paranoid or loses control, what if she was slowly poisoning her husband with the pesticides she keeps at home and he ended up asking his twin for help before he died. So the twin took his place and it's now trying to take revenge. Which is also why he doesn't seem to care about YJ because he just went along with the affair his brother started to continue his revenge plan. I might be way off, but I'm just trying to remember all the crazy things writers come up with for this kind of dramas.
@Cioran that is what I said. Because he got the DNA test results and that is what it shows. I believe SHE got…
Since they are identical twins a normal paternity test wouldn't be able to say which brother is the father. So if its negative it means neither of the brothers are the father.
I hope there's no noona romance tho? are there signs?
Yes, but she got married because her uncle made her do it. Before that her brother seems to have given her freedom to choose. We don't know how old she was when her brother disappeared so there's a possibility she was already in her 20s.
I'm liking YH a lot. Acting like the devoted widow during the day, but helping others out by night.
I'm finding her father in law being all nice to her very suspicious. Maybe I should be glad someone doesn't treat her badly, but can't help but think he's the reason YH's brother had to disappear.
YH's brother seemed like he truly cared about her. He allowed her to have some freedom from what others would see as wrong. He encouraged her to follow whatever she desires to do. Have a feeling a trap was set on the brother so YH would be left all alone and married off to someone who I think had died long before the date for the wedding was set. Maybe they wanted to get rid of the whole family and as a widow it was her duty to follow her husband, but she didn't so now at least she's not able to leave her in laws and is pretty much hidden away.
It doesn't have a romance tag but I think we can agree SH fell for YH the moment he looked into her eyes that very first time. I'm really liking their chemistry and they actually look good together. If they do have romance, wonder how they'll get through her being a widow and not being allowed to have another relationship. Maybe I'm right about her husband being dead before the engagement which means she's been a maiden all along.
I think they definitely married her when she was maybe 15-ish? They married veeeeeeeeeery young back then...
True but her brother was taking care of her and seemed to go along with whatever she wanted. So maybe he allowed her not to get married because it's not something she wanted. He might have disappeared when she was already in her early 20s

It's a sad breakup but definitely necessary. Let's see what kind of ending we get tomorrow.
