What I really dislike in Cdrama ? always making their drama too long. I prefer shorter but intense than long and…
that's what i think so too in the past but i learned to appreciate its length, because look at whats happening with kdramas... rarely you ever get a 20-24 episode kdrama. They chop it in seasons now to test its popularity first before giving it another 8-10 episodes.
Since CLJ came out, he's been picking dramas that don't fall into the 'idol' demographic. The only exception is…
Yeah, i like that every show i watch from him is different as much as i would like to see him do more romance, because I'm pretty sure I would get bored as well.
Damn, the family drama is peak asian core. It hits too close to home. I roll my eyes out every time the adults speak and i keep saying "this is so annoying" but i still press the next episode because the show is good xD
I just watched you in Light to the Night, good performance, but i couldn't help but compare her with the other actors. She definitely good, because it can be improve. As always you're so versatile. That is the first time i saw you taking on a villain role.
Such a versatile actor, I just finished Light to the Night. I think he's trying to stray from the Meteor Garden Image, especially how big that show was. That's probably why he's been taking different genres or not just that, he just doesn't want to be put in a box.
bro episode 39 was such a fluff. I already felt like they were wrapping up by ep 38, but they took the time to insert another tragedy that ruined the pacing and vibe. Though props because out of all the military scenes, that was only villain where it felt complicated and nerve-wracking. The previous ones felt too weak and draggy, they hype it up but they got resolved too easily.
oh my god... do these people really have nothing better to do? this is literally a non-issue. who cares if she's excessively relying on the double?
If i have someone who could do the job for me, i would abuse it too, to save me some trouble, time and energy. I'm sure we all have that in the back of our mind.
i just watched her in Artificial Intelligence (2016) which is her earliest work listed here. she's playing a rich female investor there and seeing her performance tells me that built her foundation as to why she mostly plays the rich 2nd lead best friend, because the way she looks is very elegant and she got a beautiful body line that would be suited for modeling or beauty pageants.
Not really much into action, but the film is decent. I'm just here for Jiang Pie Yao, she's good as always.
Story is something that you've probably seen or has been done before, but i guess in this case, it has that chinese inerpretation to it. It's okay nonetheless, it can be better, though i can't speak about it since i'm not that big into this classic action.
