I think it's a good project. Being a part of Daomu Biji (Lost Tomb series) universe, it would receive a lot of attention. But I could see why some c-netizens and some fans don't want him to take this project. As far as I read some synopsis and characterization of the novel, even though it's double male lead story, ZXC's character has more centre point and highlights than DYX's. DYX is going to accept the 2nd billing (it makes sense that ZXC is bigger name). It looks like he already signed on that. As long as his character is well-written and complex enough, this project will be something different from what he's done before.
