The break happened before the drama started like Road Home, after they were officially together, there was no break up. there was a part when she was going to accept his confession, but right before she did they had a misunderstanding, but they still weren't together as yet, Once they get back together (from the break up before the show started) there wasn't any break up, it was a very Happy Happy Ending.
Ohh yes, he went away because of his sickness, to get surgery but they didn't break up nor did they took a break, they were still together and kept in touch with video calls etc, until he came back.
So i think it can be added to this, like Road Home

I love this type of drama, and if it's similar I'm going to watch it without any expectations etc with the point you've mentioned.

Oh my gosh!!... i did!!. So, i wasnt sure about it at first because I wasn't a huge fan of dylan, but I've seen so many of Esther's drama... then I saw the ratings and decided I'm gonna just jump right into. I was sooo shocked, it was amazing. In less than half a year I've already seen it twice 🤭. Both The Starry Love and LBFD playlist is amazing too, i listen to them everyday driving home from work 🤭. We seem to have the same taste, I'll 100% love this one then. I really loved the romance and story in those two, and the acting was great too. They were both 10 for me, and a 10 for re-watch for me. 🤭😍
I don't know how i forgot to mention LBFD 😅... both my sister's aren't huge dylan fans because we all started watching meteor garden and didn't really like it and his acting there, but after I watched LBFD... ive been trying to get them to watch it 😩.. they did add it to there playlist though so there is some hope. I wanted to watch it sooo badly, but then kept seeing it was a sad ending so i pushed it aside into my plan to watch until i had the courage to watch it but now i know how the ending really is, nothing like I'd think from the comments i read at that time. Esther and Vin chemistry is so great. I'll love to see them in another show together. I didn't get enough of them, but i definitely did enjoy there story. I'm happt i decided to watch this, and when in knowing I'll be skipping a lot from the second couple. But it was paid off, because later on we got less of them and more of our wonderful leads.

Sweet wife?? Couldnt find any sweetness in this, i usually don't get disappointed with short length series, i do enjoy them when they're great, good or even decent. This is the first in a while, i felt kinda disappointed. The title and synopsis make it seem like there'll be romance. Nope!!.. they barely hug, where was the sweet wife? Or the sweetness?? For sure, i know he definitely didn't mean it that way at all. But in that moment when he asked her, and how he said it and his tone, she's already having the friend brother rushing her, and then the person who just confessed to her asked her something like that in that same moment where she was already feeling overwhelmed, she must have felt very hurt. Though of course i know he didnt mean it that way, but looking from her perspective at that moment she would definitely feel unprotected and hurt.

Well some of it was, even as you watch more just when she was gonna give him a chance he says something to her, not even me would have taken him back. So as i mentioned there is times i don't blame her for her actions, or for distancing herself.

Thoroughly enjoyed it, give me more like these and I'll be very happy. I love reading webtoons about this type of story, so its great seeing drama like these. Unforgettable love is also one of my favourite and Begin Again. Its a 9/10 for me
