I really enjoyed watching this, it was long but didnt have all that palace drama and scheming, focus a lot on the leads. I loved their chemistry as well 😍

From high school, to campus life, to working life and a family. Its definitely one of the best high school vertical drama, very easy to watch👌🏾

Yes, that is always one of the things that Kdrama miss the mark on... the casting from Webtoon (its like casting director didn't even take time out to read the webtoons haha 😆).

One of the things I like about Cdrama is the casting for the manhua I've read which most are from web novels, the casting fits.

Currently reading "I Became the Squirrel That Saves the Villain" I started it while it was ongoing and saw it's completely and had to start over because, i forgot where i left off

I started this many years ago, I wasn'y accustom at the time watching a modern show with so much emotions etc, so i put the last two episodes on hold since maybe 2022? I finally finished this and I honestly loved the strong emotions displayed in this show.

This is one of those drama where you can always come back to when you want something simple, cute and fluffy. I've offcially lost track of how many times i've seen this... time for my annual rewatch :)

Ooh have you seen the trailer for Remarried Empress 😲 🤭... i have not read the webtoon as yet, i decided to watch the drama first haha 😆

Yess..we sre definitely the opposite, I'm always nervous i might ruin something when it comes to webtoon and live action.... but I'm not the same when it comes to different version of the same show, like Fated to love you, Boys over flowers and Playful kiss, I've seen most of the different adaptation, whether it was Chinese, South Korean, Thai, Taiwanese and Japanese 🤭

Okay, I definitely have to watch Marry My Husband then!!..

EDIT: I went to read it again and i cannot believe I've already binge it in a matter of hours haha.. I just finished and I still have that same smile and bubbly feelin I did the very first time I read it..

Ahh I see... Maybe that's what it is, cause I prefer her acting in the latter part of Ashes of Crown that the earlier parts, her scheming was great.

I did and I absolutely loved it!!... I was being a bit bias and give it a 10/10 cause of how much I enjoyed it, it had it's flaws so it a little lower scoring would be more accurate, but I had to give it that since I personally did not care about any plot holes I enjoyed it too much haha

Her acting there was soo good, she embodied that seductive role and I liked that throughout the show you could still see that part of her as a seductve nine-tailed fox and a loving big sister

Yes!.... Thats the reason I did not watch it, the casting for the ML was way too old and I couldn't bare to watch it hahaha... But I will watch that and Marry My Husband, I've read that webtoon years ago as well but did not watch the Kdrama

First Night With The Duke was also one of my favorite webtoon, I read it 3 times already, but did not watch the Kdrama :(

Have you read Daytime Star? it's my absolute favourite modern Webtoon, 'veI lost track of how many times I've read it, I always wanted a Kdrama but I'm scared they will ruin it, so I will enjoy it as it is hahaha

Yes and No... I first watch her in Another Me? i think that's what it was called, that was from years ago, but i did not finish that drama. Then I saw her in a couple of episodes of another drama I did not finish, and as a guest role, this is the first time seeing her as a main cast and watching the entire show, I also watched Veil of shadows after this.

Do they hint anything that he may eventually get out after selaing himself?

Yesss it was sooo painful and even when she went back 100 years in time and we see Ji Lings backstory, so heartbreaking i absolutely loved their love story 😢

I don't mind some spoiler on the end, I got some for VOS that's how i finally decided to watch it and i absolutely loved it, I didnt even care about the ending because I enjoyed the drama so much, the romance and the how the story was unfolding like layers was worth my time. (By wuxia and xianxia standards that a great haopy ending 😄) usually if they do meet again its from a distance and that's if they do meet.

If you haven't watched this as yet Veil of Shadow latter part have a time reversal arc, it was done multilple time and then again close to the end.

Ps. Thank younfor your comment, I didn't want to watch thos because i heard the ending was not a happy one, and I wasn't in the mood at the time, I may just dive right into this one without thinking about it haha 😆
