Can your theory that Corea being 25 years ahead of Korea holds in this situation where Lee Gon is currently traveling between the worlds as his present self?
Seems more plausible to me that both worlds are walking down the same time 'zone' but the ability to travel back in time doesn't exist in either of the world itself, rather in the owner of Manpasikjeok.

I can see your point, and I can agree with your assessments. It's the flaw of the writing of the character in the story itself, not outside or separate from it. To me she only reminds me the feeling of a missed potential could've-been-interesting cunning female character.
If you have seen Misty, i would've liked and invested in her character a lot more than i did.
I see some people gravitating towards the PM's character. She's an interesting one but the way she's portrayed in ep. 13 is especially so anti-climactic LOL.
She really was in it for the throne, not for the man she claims to be interested in. If she's criticising Lee Gon that he only moves because of love, he can say the same about her for being moved by power, and right away shaking hands with the traitor.

I think what makes it so confusing to me is that Corea's adult Lee Gon is the one saving Corea's young Lee Gon. It's not like Korea's adult Lee Gon who saved the young Corea's Lee Gon, you get me?

well if your theory is correct, then this explanation reminds me of Signal, where the ML attempts the same, but it happens quite at the beginning to mid the drama so they have plenty of room to explain things afterwards.
