Since people mention age gap a looot... there're two things: 1. Age gap (including age of consent/minor-adult…
Two things that's make that enough scandaleous: - Age gap. - Student-Teacher. But the drama Secret Love Affair did best, and added to that: - Adultery! 😄
After watching one episode I personally am not keen to continue. Too much violence and too much slickness in the…
With just revenge, the character would be just an angry robot. It will evolve, cathartic moments, heal, nervous breakdown. Well, it's what I guess. I may be wrong.
Not common but not so different from a lot of others dramas or movies. It makes me remember "The shooping killer…
And it's just kdramas, I watched also a lot of movies like that. With the dark comedy situation "hide the body". Since I'm child! Check "Jo" with Louis de Funès: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqhKxnnfsAU
Very entertaining so far, looking forward to the next episodes. We'll see whether the balance act between comedy…
As it is now, and with that title "Link: Eat, Love, Kill", I expect them to jump into a weird cycle of mysterious deaths, where they have to hide a lot of bodies!! So it would be the comedy process of this drama. Accidental deaths, self defense that's turn bad, etc. They have room for a complicity in that, because Eun Gye Hoon say her in the car "I would kill for you" (not exactly that's line, but the meaning).
It's possible Gye Hoon found the body in the fridge and hid it himself. So the episode 2 cliffhanger would make sens. He knows what was in the fridge and thinks (voiceOver) "let's see what lies she will tell".
The way the series is built, and the comment section here in MDL is top notch for me. Idk this series feels different,…
Not common but not so different from a lot of others dramas or movies. It makes me remember "The shooping killer list" (but I dropped this one). As a better exemple of good black comedy "Psychopath Diary" and "Cheat with me if you can". For now, "Eat, Love, Kill" isn't that funny. And the change of tone from a serious situation into a light black comedy was weird. Else, the mysteries about the crime arent something that's interest me a lot.
She is underweight. That is the definition of skin and bones.
This is not healty, and that don't make them more beautiful. It's first time I see a spine like that, but it's true most of the time, other actress don't have scenes of this kind. It's very short, but it jumped at my eyes. If you watched the drama "EVE", the actress is also very thin, and she got a scene like that, in a pool, and we see her back. But she don't have a spine of this kind. Yet, now I remember, her collarbones was a bit weird too.
cant agree more on the lead's dynamic, might be too early to judge this but then again they spent too much intro…
It makes sens she accept he takes her hand. It's probably why there is the previous scene with the professor touching her everywhere and she takes time before to push him away. Because that, we can have an idea she's ok about physical contacts as a generality. At least this cliché subplot had an extra utility.
We also get a clue at the end of the episode (with a flashback) and probably she recognized quite fast it was the same hand than Kim Dong Gu. So she keep holding his hand (to be sure and verify, or because she know fast it's him).
Because the way of she smiles at the end and his interest for her, I wonder if there could be something else hapenning between them in the past. Let's see flashback in the next episodes. I can't say it lack depth for now, but more there are hidden events and mysteries.
The take where Gong Chan gets into the elevator with Soojae was shot so well. With them standing side by side…
Soo Jae looks like happy with that at the end of the episode. As if she know it's him now. It's weird, because she could also smile because she's happy with his confession too.
I have mixed feelings. There are a few things I like, mainly the two main characters. But on the other hand, it's loud, full of tropes, easy and under the nose plots. It's far behind other law dramas like I hear your voice. Or even Law School, which was confusing at the beginning, but still much more impactful.

But I don't feel any interest in that. Feeling of "déjà vu". Am I jaded?

"If things go wrong, we should kill him". Then it was a joke. Funny scene.

I wonder if it's a noona romance or an ajhumma romance. 😅
