they stick with original novel ending. manhwa was the one that have different ending from original novel. If you…
I don't understand how someone had the bad idea to write a novel with a so boring drama, and even less how someone wrote a manhwa with a so bad novel. ðĪŠ I'm waiting for the musical and the cartoon now. ð
SML is a good guy. He is a good cop. He is not disrespectful and does not use dirty unfair tricks. Too bad now…
He's not bad overall. But it was funny to argue a bit on this. ð I would need to rewatch the drama to know how all this is given by the writer and if what I feel know have more links or reasons. For example, one of the reason he didn't tried his chance sooner could be because of this father.
SML is a good guy. He is a good cop. He is not disrespectful and does not use dirty unfair tricks. Too bad now…
I think of the reason why he did this. Jealousy! Boo! Plus, he knows it hurts GSH. Just look at her face during the scene. Boo! Boo! He then takes advantage of her emotional fragility to invoke this transfer thing. Boo! Boo! Boo! ð
And the reason he confesses is indirectly because of CCW. He is doing this now because he is afraid that GSH will get away from him for CCW. ðĻ Only it is too late! ð If he had confessed episode 1, it would have worked. ðŠ
Now the poor guy is screwed. Hard on the SML. He lost the girl, but extra punishment, controlled by a demon. He has to pay for the sins of his father and a little for his bad attitude. If the demon does what he usually does: kill people to feed himself, he is really screwed! Maybe there will be an internal conflict, I don't know. Maybe he can resist the demon to at least not kill? If he does, he will be accused by the law.
When the end comes, either he will be killed (GSH will be forced to shoot him?) or CCW will manage to end the possession. For Hee Soo, the only way to end well is: no killing, release from possession, with a personal effort on his part to resist (proof that he is a good guy).
For now, we haven't seen any resistance because as I said before, I think the evil spirit and Hee Soo share a common goal and mindset: GHS and jealousy.
Fcuk the backstory. It suddenly became a historical drama. It's okay to explain the past... But you should not…
That part was great and intense. I also appreciate the risk that is taken in the structure of the script. A risk that pays off! This is the first time I've seen this in a drama, at least in the middle of the drama. Regardless of historical dramas that do this for childhood, but only at the beginning of the drama. There are many way this part will impact for a better good.
First we have the moving wake-up scene, then the comedy scenes with the new weirdo CCW. New vision of General Choi Gum. Better definition of the vilain, reinforcement of the love plot, acquisition of new powers for the main leads, etc. If you take a look at details, you'll find that more people have reincarnations, like the colotary of GSH, who was her servant.
Of course, if you don't like historical dramas, I understand your disapointement.

Tttt ... He was jealous. ð
Talking behind the back like a hypocrite. Anyone know that the father and the son are differents. Unfair. The highlight being to transfer her without asking her opinion. A blow below the belt. Get rid of the rival quickly. Take possession of the girl unilaterally.
Something wrong with this guy. He never expressed any feeling for her, and suddenly, because there is the other guy, he would have feeling. Tttt. She was like a given for him, but why he didn't do anything?
One of the best line is when she answers to his confession "It's so sudden". Kind of "reflex-answer" for a no. But with so great irony, when we know there is nothing less sudden than that. I've a big laugh on this. So good writing!
CCW: You were extremely ill. Do you remember that?GSH: How could I possibly remember it?CCW: Right, of course.…
Then next scene... GeekGirl: Are you terminally ill? It's why you make donations.
There is many kind of comedy in this drama: the obvious gags (hole in the bowling!), the visual one (characters clowing or attitude), the smart one (from writing and situations), the very good lines. It's highly rewatchable. Just watch again the acting in comedy scenes. Or find the good lines you missed.
Just watch again the handkerchief scene, how precious CCW looks like. And reactions from GSH. With country music!
Episode 11 too, there is comedy. Some scenes here or there (with the young shaman girl). The whole start of historical part start with that, what kind of ridiculous and anachronic thanks is it? Then the princess sassy attitude.

The duck face he makes while waiting for a kiss. ðĪĢ This whole situation is so funny since the start. Ridiculous!!! The embroidered handkerchief with the laughing eyes. STOP STOP! ð
As a slow-burn enjoyer, I don't mind it that much but I kind of agree we definitely NEED a kiss between them before…
It's strange but I don't feel any slow burn here. Just the right pace. Maybe because everything is at the right place, the right time, and it's never boring. No useless fillers to makes it longer than it should.
