Just my opinion, huh? I don't want you to be disapointed. Just I watched a lot of rom-com and also melodramas. In melo, the romance is much more strong, some of them, it's real love stories. But many rom-com are very light about love feeling. The way the audience feel it. It's not a question of chemistry but more how the story can build the feeling. When there are no obstacles, conflicts or dramatic situations, the romance is often more light, fluffy, in rom-com. And in SFNO, I can see they take the time, it's not easy from the start, there is some dramatic situations too. So I feel it better.
Well, for us it looks like he's stupid to go fighting the bad guy by himself. But my guess it supposed to be like…
As you speak about that. I'm always doubtfull about dramas from manhwa. Ok, I liked some. But just look at Again my life, total downfall. The beginning was good, but this drama goes nowhere since so many episodes now. I prefer stories 100% from screenwriters.

The amount of acting details are huge, anywhere, anytime. I copy paste a situation I reported as an example on another blog:
Episode 10, at exactly 16:28. When CCW goes to the air purifier in his room. At the moment when CCW goes out of the camera field to the left. There is a short shot of Seul Hae: look at the way she wiggles her mouth up and down in silence. (Next shot, top view, he touches the purifier). The actress played the scene from start to finish with lots of details like that. Even though the camera doesn't take her in close-up (but she doesn't necessarily know it).
And it's like that from the beginning to the end of the drama!!! Both main actors. It's alive all the time.
As irony, the vilain is a better good man than many politicians of "democratic" countries. Of course, if his motivations are true as a patriot. He does himself a lot of cleaning.
