Controlling emotions is an art. You can certainly feel emotions and react. It's just not to let them overwhelm yourself and be mindful of what you are feeling. As in okay I felt that but remain calm and think. All about choices you make in the moment. It doesn't mean you don't feel. It just means you have control over yourself.
