The fact he stopped Zang Hai plan indicates to me that he doesn't want him to actually kill Zhuang Lu Yin. I think he really is after the artifact. I noticed the masked man was kinda stuped. I think he is naive to some degree. He was in isolation with his masters and not exposed to the population very much. He is clever but needs to be an ace at cleverness to pull it off. His emotions keep getting in the way. My advise to him is to toughen up buddy. 🐇
