Drama was so good the story is so attaching but sometimes hard to watch the chemistry is insane and can we talk about how gorgeous this couple is.I sincerely don't think any cdrama has a more attractive couple .
The most intriguing character in the drama is and will remain FL. ML is a boring good guy & will remain so.…
So the fact that a prince who is also a high-ranking state official, despite being crippled, accepts a wife burdened by behavioral disorders, hallucinations, and a traumatic past and chooses to help her heal rather than judge, mistreat, or reject her, makes him a one-dimensional character according to you? The female lead would never have interacted with just any husband. She deliberately broke off her previous engagement in order to marry the male lead. She didn't marry him out of love at first; she came with a mission: to repay a profound debt she owed him. Even now, we don't know whether she intends to remain his wife once her revenge plan is complete and her debt has been repaid. The relationship is far more complex than simply "he loves her and she loves him." It is built on trauma, loyalty, gratitude, healing, and uncertain intentions, which is precisely what gives these characters depth.
Where did u hear this ?I thought maybe when she feels she fulfilled her debt towards him and he's aware she's done all of it because she promised his brother both feel this marriage is no more sincere or needed
I am on episode 14. ML annoys me. I hope he fairs up well soon otherwise I will have to hope for FL to leave him.…
Well if you think more deeply in this situation it's the FL who's really disturbed her mental state is more concerning than the disability or the passivity of the ML who is still observing and discovering the real YEN LI and can't help her if he's ignorant of all her past traumas or of the reality of what happened in the Lishan Mountain. He's very patient and very tolerant towards her complicated behaviour and at this stage it's more than enough from a husband towards his wife
the problem of the FL is having multiple personalities? Why do I find it odd that one day he would say he hates…
She seems in a post traumatic stress disorder where she can act normall and at other times opts for a certain dissociation where she is connected with the people she lost between the two states of mind she seems to lose control of her reason and act on a creepy dangerous way
Looming from this point of view is really understandable but he then made a decision which he will be accountable…
He's not even sure his plan will get him the throne death seems closer than reaching his goal ,he chose revenge and he's ready to die for it to do justice for his family the people who died and to protect YE LI! by what means could he choose her if he married her both of them would be doomed Princess Dowager would never let them live
I feel amazed by people who enjoy dramas with themes like this.I still cannot enjoy dramas with conflict and disputes…
I'm generally into easy romantic dramas because there's no big choice they're easy to watch with simple tropes but I could easily fall into this one great story great acting and especially a different vibe the characters are far from classic and cliché depicted.I love it
I personally feel a great deal of empathy for Prince Li. He carried the burden of a massacre he was never responsible for, endured harsh interrogations by ruthless court officials, and was pressured into accusing innocent people, which ultimately led to their deaths. While he lost all his family the only person left:his childhood sweetheart and former fiancée hates him to death and blames him for all the tragedies that befell her clan, while he was never able to reveal the truth about everything he had suffered and endured throughout his life. Given all of that, how could I not feel sympathy for him? I'm even rooting for his revenge plan , and I wish she could finally learn the truth, see what really happened and understand everything he has gone through all these years.
Is it sealed off and everyone is dead but everyone in the kingdom is parroting lie that Lishan Academy still exists…
So how did she survive and how does she narrate to the princess dowager all what's happening in the mountain as iif it's really happening!does that mean they consider her crazy ?
