No one is saying his character doesn't have baggage. Every character in this show is complex. The difference between these characters and tanwa is they don't hide away from it. They actually act like real adults with real issues to deal with. There are literal protest going on and man is out here drinking and interrupting people at their jobs. Just so unserious and immature. Yes that's his character. Soooooooo immature. He needs to grow up.
The main problem with him and trins relationship is him not being direct with his expectations of their union. He obvs knows trin wants more. The least he can do is tell the poor man he's not ready for a relationship so he can move on if he wants to or he can decide to wait for him. If he's not ready to deal with his shit he should not play with people's feelings. Hopefully he grows the fuck up cos there are only 3 eps left

I actually think he's always been against the military after what they did to his first lover and has been playing the long con. His actions so far supports that. I believe he would be as conflicted as naran if he wasn't against the military. He would be much more careful and paranoid. Naran is def influencing him but i think in a more emotional way. Through naran he's gaining the freedom and the courage to follow his heart and not his head which was what he chose to do after what they did to his lover.
I'm very curious to see what will happen with his character.
The show is clearly setting up for a big protest/revolution but I'm optimistic they'll both survive. 🤡
If the scriptwriter wants to give us tragedy trin and tanwa are right there. Their story def needs some tumultuous event to happen👀👀. Pleave leave krailert and naran alone🤣🤣🤣🤣

I've not read the novel but based on what the show told us zi'ang is the son of the emperor of the north kingdom.
The master of the assasin group (who are the northern kingdom spies) gave baby zi'ang to the duan family of the southern kingdom because his mother (the empress) told him so. The master trusted duan cos he helped him in the past. We don't know why they sent him away but I'm guessing there was a coup or something in the north kingdom.
Zi'ang grew up thinking duan was his family so when they got killed he wanted revenge. The spies from the north kingdom saved him and took advantage of his hatred to achieve their goals. So i would say the duan family dying was actually a good thing for their plan.
They've not explicitly said why they want the crown prince dead but in the series the emperor says they want a rise ruler on the throne of the southern kingdom so that's all we know.

This drama is turning out to be really good. So we have confirmation that zi'ang is the crown prince of the north kingdom but he doesn't know it. Also the prime minister is the one that framed the duan family but since the north kingdom wants shu he to rule in the southern kingdom they want ziang to kill the crown prince sigh. This is going to get bloody soon cos he's obviously going to achieve that goal.

I think it's because we've seen many variations of trin and tanwa's story before and in the show they've not added anything new to this kind of plot so that's why it's underwhelming. Also i can't even root for victor cos they've made it 100% obvious trin is not interested in him. If they showed trin having a bit of attraction towards him that would make the love triangle interesting but at this point this is not a triangle at all🤣
Krairan's relationship is refreshing to see. Their romance through messages, then them leaving love notes through books is just intellectually chef kiss. U don't often see such refreshing romance in bls. Also it's a new take and we get and understand their attraction to each other cos it's been built up beautifully through their correspondence. They didn't need to take long to show us their attraction cos it's on an intellectual level and then them finally meeting and embedding the longing, and sexual tension physically just brings everything together. Especially this episode showing them being very physical is very realistic cos that's the culmination of the pent up sexual tension. Some comments say people like krairan cos of nc and i want to say nope, we love a well told and interesting story. Nc scenes can never save a show if the story is not good and the characters don't have chemistry and these 2 have that. Unfortunately an interesting story is what trin and tanwa are lacking

This series keeps getting better and better! Krailert and Naran are giving me life. Before i speak about them i have to say I'm glad trin and tanwa's story is finally developing. Unfortunately their romance is very underwhelming. These 2 clearly like each other so viktor doesn't seem like a threat to be scared of. There's no tension in that department. Like I'm not worried about them not getting together lol. They have no stakes so it's meh. You can't even say it's a slow burn or a will they or will they not situation. Their story is plain boring. At least we got a bit of backstory about tanwa so that was good. It explained why commitment was difficult for him cos of the loss. But yeah unfortunately i have to say that the main cp has turned out to be the weakest link.
Now to the juicy staff!!! KRAILERT AND NARAN ARE EVERYTHING! Naran defending his man! I died laughing. Not him going my man is too intelligent to be so obvious! HAHAHAAHHA
Also krailert helping him to publish the book. AWWWW. What a boyfriend. That last scene of theirs with the hug! They were so soft and u can tell Naran wasn't expecting such vulnerability from krailert.

I think their relationship is initially transactional for him and that's why he's taking pics, also why he was scared when krailert came to his house. He's obvs going to expose k but he's falling for him unknowingly (well he does have feelings also thanks to thier open letters hehe)and that we see when he defends him and his surprise when k asks for a hug! THEY ARE JUST PEAK DOOMED LOVERS! MY HEART CAN'T TAKE IT.
Krailert to me seems obvsly against the system. It seems he wants to be discovered. So maybe in a twisted way he will be happy to be exposed. At his core he seems like a man who chose the wrong path and wants to right his wrongs. I also think he genuinely likes naran with no ulterior motive. Also he's fallen hard cos of the penpal situation.
I love these 2 so much. They truly make the show and theirs is such an interesting dynamic and story.
I'm sad for the women in their lives.
I hope K's wife's bangs his assistant. Cos she too deserves some action. Such a horrible fate. Truly a shame. Also Naran and his woman obvs need to breakup not even only because he's cheating on her but because he'll never be accepted by her family and that will always be a problem in their relationship. He will also feel inferior to his lover and that is never healthy.
Can't wait for what drama naran and krailert give us in the next episode!

Listen i love dramas with toxic and messy people so i kind of wished we would have gotten more of that in the drama. Especially the Charlie Sam situation. Cos you can't tell me he was with this man for 20 yrs and he could forget him that fast. I needed the toxic love/hate situation. The messy fucking. The bitterness. The sweet sweet revenge. I enjoyed his crashouts but i needed more mess hahaha. I kind of wish it would have been more of a toxic romance between charlie and him and a story of sweet sweet revenge.
I'm sorry but i would have never forgiven Sam! The looks Armin gave him everytime he saw him was perfect but the scriptwriter should have remembered that these folks were in each others lives for 20 mother fucking years. After such a betrayal I'm not satisfied till he's broke and alone. Only Ren got punished and that pissed me off cos Sam and stupid Charlie killed his ass. Yes A (can't be bothered to remember his name) poisoned him BUT THE FINAL BLOW WAS BY THESE 2 SO THEY DESERVED TO BE PUNISHED! Also i hated that they made A be the one to poison him. Like come on. We has an amazing setup. These 3 fuckers wanted him dead and it should have stayed that way with them working with A. THEY ALL NEEDED TO BE PUNISHED!!!

I'm sorry but Tada bored the hell out of me. Is there such a thing as too much green flag? Cos damn i was tired of his ass. Where is the spice. Yeah yeah u love him n shit but did we even know this guy? All we know is he lives for him cos of the past but damn i wish we got more from him. I don't know something was missing for me. Even in the chemistry. I was more intrigued by the mystery/revenge story than the romance. Also the 2nd half turned into a tada knight doing everything for Armin. Armin literally stopped being the one actively pursuing revenge. It became Tada the saviour. Like don't get me wrong. With some story that could work but with this one it doesn't. They fell in love too fast especially after he literally woke up heartbroken after a 20 yr relationship. How can u fall in love and forget what happened in what months? It's impossible. Feelings don't disappear that fast. Yes it's the past but to him it was literally days ago.
Overall it was an okay drama. Wished it focused more on the revenge toxic romance. It needed less romance between the mains or no romance at all. Could have been a story of him getting revenge and being okay standing by himself and maybe at the end show him meeting the love interest.
What was the purpose of his poor friend? That man only knew how to shout. Destroying my ears. Loved the evil manager. Cracked me up hahahahaha.
I can't deny though that Pond's lips were succulent and his hair was hairing. His crashouts were a standout. Even remembering them is cracking me out. Truly a great actor. Hope he gets more main roles with even better script.

This episode was everything! So funny and the story is intriguing. Kosol is obvs not a bad guy. Prince's father is the real villain and since the winner writes history he was painted in a bad light. Makes u think of our world and how most probably history has been falsified.

So my theory is that Banjong probably poisoned og prince? I don't know if i believe he poisoned himself just for unrequited love.
If he actually did that then i think the person he loved obvs was not kosol and by process of elimination (it can't be the king who doesn't even know him and obs not the servant) it has to be banjong.
But then if he was in love with B why was he with kosol? Was he two timing? It obvs doesn't seem like it was a fake relationship. So him suiciding for love is even more weird to me. There's something fishy.
Maybe Banjong found out about the cheating and decided to kill his ass! Hahahaha. I ship them but I'm also here for drama and messiness muahahah

I'm glad my theory was right. So little walnut was really xiaoxi's little sister (well half sister). So not only did man kill his father but his sister too! Hahahaha oh it's over for him.
You know it's gonna be juicy when it's revealed in the next ep!!!

I'm actually enjoying the story of this drama. After watching episode 18, I think I can put forth my theory.

So, I 100% think Xiaoxi is actually Li Pu's real son (he even has the same headaches as him and the blossom lady said he looked like him!). My theory is that the general commander (either him or someone he got to do it) actually switched his real son (Li Yan) with Xiaoxi after the betrayal as a way to punish him and to let his son get the love he would lack after his death. He also planned to punish him by making his real son kill him, which would be poetic justice since in this show it seems they believe future generations should pay for the sins of the past.

Ghost Valley master clearly does not know this exchange happened (because he wanted Li Yan dead, and he wouldn't knowingly kill the general's son). It would be a gag when Li Yan finds out he's plotting revenge for the actual murderer of his real father, and Xiaoxi learns he killed his father.

Ahhhh. Can't believe ABO is mainstream 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I'm loving hua Yong. Man is playing 3d chess. He ain't shit!!!!! but i love his tactics. We love a man in fiction who uses any method to get what he wants. A little manipulation and lying never hurt anyone😌🤣🤣. I'm loving his chemistry with shao you. For now wen lang is just meh. Gao tu's character is very interesting Can't wait to learn more about him. Episode 4 is definitely going to be spicy. JEALOUS HUA YONG IS ABOUT TO PUNISH SOMEONE👀😏

I'm really enjoying this series. Love San and i love how wee does not take any bullshit. I died laughing when he said he wouldn't wait for a loved who died. That shit was hilarious🤣🤣
There were obvs some scenes which were too unbelievable. Like wtf would san look at the wound healing when he knows that would happen? And conveniently the camera was there as if they knew he would check the wound. Also why is wee helping people who obvs look like armed robbers🤣. I will forgive them cos the overall story is good.
That old man who wants the stone is def the prince or related to the prince from 1924.
Wee's grandmother is actually wad. Wee shares the same birthday and obv birthplace with her... since san did not know it was her (when they met) when she got married to someone else a part of wad's soul went into wee and that's why it pointed to him but also why he can't remember the past... because the grandmother is still alive and still has a connection with San.
Lol now if san had to choose between an old woman and a cute boy i wonder who he would choose😏
Anyways I'm enjoying their chemistry a lot. Can't wait for more.
