When I started the drama I thought for SURE he was going to be the male lead, then they switched to this other guy who, because of how badly the pacing and plot was written, idgaf about lol, like his character just came out of nowhere, and I got soo mad lol, Kyung and Ha Ni were endgame, she saved him first XD

This man needs to be in another fantasy drama like “Surplus Princess,” I think he’d fit well in that genre, give him some more lead roles darn it!!!! :’(

Imo, Ha Ni should’ve ended up with Shi Kyung, he was the one who started the story as her love interest, and if they had more scenes I think they would’ve had chemistry, they should’ve been endgame lol

In real life, it was BTS you really saw the actors chemistry, phs did like pby, but she said she wasn’t into him :’( which is a choice

Lol, I mean it’s be nice if writers and directors would come out and explain why they chose to center around a prince / king you know? Since it’s been overdone so many times. Like why is the prince so important you know? Why can’t it be someone non royal in a village? An errand boy? An assassin? You know what I mean? :) but that’s true, the king / prince does love the ladies lololol

Yessss, couldn’t agree more! Ml’s are always royalty half the time in historicals lol, I’m glad this one changes that and reverses things, The Crowned Clown did the same :’) the cast looks great too!

I follow KOK TV so I always get updates of new web dramas etc, this one really stood out to me, especially episode 3 where the Kwon Hyuk is battling those stereotypes and inspires himself to do what he loves, love that ep <3 I hope he gets more lead roles in the future, his acting is very natural, and I think he’s very talented :’)
