Uuuu I cannot wait for this one! Wang Yibo has got his work cut out for him within the next year, he’s gonna be in like 5+ dramas this year and leading into 2021
Is anybody coming back and wondering how the hell this series is still rated an 8.1? Like this discussion feed and the reviews (even the one I wrote) say different, lol I think we got some bias folks on mydramalist
seeing a lot of comments saying the end felt either a) rushed b) edited weird, or c) there were big plot holes we didn’t get answers to, glad I’m not the only one :) but overall this series was such a breathe of fresh air, and I’m glad we got some major development of the lead characters, that’s rare in the kdrama world lol
Kim Soo Hyun picked a win of a drama to start off after his military service that’s for sure. I’ve finished the first episode at least three times already and not only are the storybook moments beautifully told either by animation or stop motion (love the Tim Burton elements), but in just one episode we’re getting development of characters, implications of child abuse, suicide, mental disorders , beautiful cinematography ... but here’s the thing, none of these things are rushed by plot, they are told in their own respective way, we have leads we can care for and the chemistry ... my god already we have chemistry ... If this show keeps up the pace with its plot, giving us the answers we’re looking for, THIS, will be THE drama of the year, I’m impressed.
(also I don’t mean to be that one , but for those hesitant in watching this, because they’re afraid it might turn out like TKEM, please don’t be, the first damn episode is better than the last ten episodes of that show, ALREADY, and we’re not even on the second yet)

@Pranksalot OMG RIGHT. Just out of curiously I went to look why everybody ranked this drama 10/10 and found it was mainly bias related. I even said it in my own review “even if your bias, it doesn’t change the amount of plot holes and bad writing this drama had ...” It’s crazy.

Dude, Melting Me Softly was not the best drama, by a long shot, and I love JCW, rooting this one is better otherwise he’s gonna have a very bad drama year, he’s a fantastic actor!
