So I just want to say, I’m so happy the writers had the balls to kill off one of the leads, and here’s why: half the time someone in the writing room gets a “bright idea” to bring one of the leads back to life even though it makes no f— sense to the storyline ... I’ve seen it too many times, it can ruin an ending for me and I’m sure a few others, sometimes bittersweet endings can fit a drama no matter how depressing they are, life isn’t always happy or sweet, and at some point when it’s our time, it’s our time ... I’m glad the writers were able to end this drama without rushing as I’ve also seen quite a few times, but give the characters closure through their hard times <3
The story was too predictable. So predictable that I already knew the ending after watching episode 3... kinda…
I didn’t think it was that predictable actually, each episode had more things being revealed, and the watch was passed around a couple times, which was a good way for the writers to throw us off guard a bit, especially if a character had it for awhile, toward the end though I can see where you’re coming from :/ I was betting on either lead to die
Commenting stuff like "I am broken, I am crying, I am depressed, I am dropping this drama because of the ending,…
Not necessarily, they’re not stating who died etc. so it’s not really spoiling unless they say who you know? Plus I think most of us knew this was gonna end badly :/
I’m also seeing some comments down below that go on the lines of “sad endings are bad endings,” come on guys, I know you’re butthurt some of your favs died, but sad endings are in no way bad endings if the writing is done correctly ...
Oh my god ... the ending depressed me more than scarlet ryeo y’all, and that one is a tearjerker ... I saw it coming but I didn’t know it’d be this depressing x((( wow ... I hope Lee Dohyun gets some awards for this drama though, his acting is fantastic
Damn, one of the few dramas I can say that’s been good from start to finish, pacing was a bit off towards the middle, but there’s action and revelations in every episode so you don’t notice to much, I love it
Preview to episode 9 had me rolling on the floor. I wonder what other pretentious platitudes we'll get with this…
Lmao right ... cliché break-ups are not gonna save the shows viewership like *facepam* I don’t get what the screenwriters were thinking .... at this point they might be out of ideas, who knows?
im an avid fan of park bo young and seo in guk even before, and i really like their chemistry in this drama, but…
friggin same dude, the most overrated dramas can be a hit or miss, and because of poor writing half the time they’re a miss, and the actors popularity is just used for viewership clout it’s so frustrating ... this show is so repetitive rn, its killing me ... I’m a fan of park bo young and seo in guk as well but this drama is not doing it for me atm x’((((
I don't really care about the romance, it was cute at first but then it became repetitive & draggy. However, I…
From someone who hates repetitiveness, I wouldn’t say this drama is repetitive & draggy at all respectively, the flow is stellar compared to most kdramas I’ve seen, and there’s always something new happening or going on each episode. For a series to be draggy, well ... nothing would happen at all lmaoooo which is what I’m feeling with Doom at your Service rn, oml ... you want a draggy repetitive drama watch DAYS ... Also wouldn’t say romance was the primary focus to begin with, or going to be anyway, the political side is definitely what we ended up getting and I think it’s better than shoving it under the bus for romance, which is what normally happens sksks. As for Hee Tae’s character I agree he was childish at the beginning of the series but he’s matured so much throughout the show, along with Myung Hee though she pissed me off a couple times in this show ngl lmao. This is just imo, but I’ll respect yours! So far I think the series is great! Glad you stuck around to watch the final episodes!
Literally Hee Tae’s father is the evilest piece of sh— I’ve seen in a kdrama in a hot minute ... He’s absolutely despicable, give the actor an award lmao
If someone in this drama says they’re gonna break-up one more f— time, I’m gonna loose it, one of the most annoying as hell, lazywriting clichés in film history, seriously ...
