I guess it was because it was not about love for him, as he got close to both (the girl and the guy) and so he had no strong reason to stay. While the other guy had no other option. Also, the time was too short for something serious to happen.

The reason why I mentioned it was because older bibles did not mention the same thing and the original text and terms in hebrew aparently were mentioning pedophilia and forced acts... The problem is it was changed a lot. Also there were no concepts about sexual orientation.

This series is not about love but desire... one guy is comfortable with his desires and who he is, he was new and maybe not seriously interested in religion so he did not stick around. The other guy clinged to faith because he felt he was a siner, he also was alone with no other type of guidence or other type of interactions with other people (as he was alone from a young age). Without that comunity he had no one, so in a way he had to stay...
What I think it's strange is that originally in the bible it was not writen that relationships berwee same sex are a sin, the text said relationships between men and young boys are not allowed, the term was refering to phedophilia but then around the '60s they changed the text and the meaning... refering to relationships between men Don't know why...
as far as i know, he said he regretted but in reality we all know he didn'tin the book he wrote, he confessed…
Well he was planning for someting because he aproached her with someting in mind, and when things came down he lured her to his appartment, I mean who goes to eng classes without money then asks the girl to go to his place to pick up the money at later hours... He had a fetish or some kind of strange view, plus he was not a good person before the incident, he did shady things...
yes i think so, i know there's rumors that BL ban might be lifted next year
Yes it was, but I don't remember the name, it was a 2022 series boy and girl main couple. The side couple is a prince in love with his bodyguard both guys and they kiss. I will try to remember the name
I personally am tired of Fluke and Ohm pairing (apparently Thai entertainment Industry is lacking new talented…
Lol :)) Thai BL industry always does open auditions to bring in new people but also they have the "couple" contracts, so the majority big BL screen couples prefer to worl mainly with eachoter some exclusively with eachother after doing the workshops and all and becoming friends.
This movie I think is a remake (there is another 2000's version) :) but I want to watch the 2022 version as well. It already has a page on the website I watch series on and it's marked as upcoming so the moment it will be out they will upload it :) could be they have it on AvistaZ as well, I did not check yet.
I am confused some time back I saw a trailer for this series but it was a completely different setting and story... they were in school. Did they change something? I am at ep 1 but it looks different than the trailer I saw...
Lol you are funny :)) you know what erotica is right? and you know rape fantasy is a genre... so why go crazy…
Yes, you are right, the majority BL actors prefer an on-screen couple pack for BL because in other projects they have multiple partners. For TharnType Gulf was a "first timer" to acting, he only went to the auditions because his friend begged him :)) we saw his best friend Fiat in other BL's after :)) As for Mew he was a first in "What the Duck" both season he was a couple with Art but that entire production was a disaster and the series came out the same. There was a huge misunderstanding that turned out into a huge scandal... but before that MewArt were a loved couple, the problem was that both were new to the crazy pressures of the BL industry and they were pushed too much and Art is bipolar. The other couples you mentioned could be they did not want to stick to the industry, or they were usually supporting roles, or after corona they did not find projects they liked well enough, and so on, because I saw some are active in different projects.
Lol you are funny :)) you know what erotica is right? and you know rape fantasy is a genre... so why go crazy…
They did it to all of them, not only to Barcode. There were videos of Mile saying to them to stop because it's considered as harasment. The reason why no on could stop them was because of the laws in Thailand that protect writers and their high positions in the production. Basicly, if I understood right, even if the sold the rights of KP to FilmMania or Be on Cloud, in Thai land the writers always remain the owners, they just give the right to the production company to use the material but they don't owne it. So for the project to be made they had to be there all the way. That is why the first version was canceled and Mille had to resolve the diferences of vision, find new production company and he was also the main source of money for the second version. But the good thing was that the 2 writers left the project on their own after some time.
I am not understanding how it happened. I never heard of anything like this before. Did people got suffocated…
It happens at huge concerts as well, when there are too many people tightly packed in smaller places and even worse if they panicked... they could not breath and get out of there and they suffered cardiac arrest, no oxygen to the organs... So scary that this can happen like this.
Lol you are funny :)) you know what erotica is right? and you know rape fantasy is a genre... so why go crazy…
You are right too because nothing is perfect and there are dark sides to the industry as well (and the issues are not light at all), but from the projects, I watched the majority were ok and only a few were bad, still just like in Hollywood there are rumors of pervs and ass*ole writers or directors and scary stories behind the scene. People in power do abuse their roles sometimes.
Lol you are funny :)) you know what erotica is right? and you know rape fantasy is a genre... so why go crazy…
I was saying that if the original source is a rape fantasy erotica this series can't be different, obviously you don't have to like it but you also can't take it seriously. The fans of the genre usually know it's fantasy, there are some obsessed people but they are not the majority. As for the fans you mentioned you are right in a way, I will explain :) the BL genre in Asia is not the same as gay genre movies from the west or even the gay genre in general. It is relatively a new genre from around 2009 with the first gay couple being side stories, or comedic relief, having sad endings or involving abuse, dark themes, or tragedy... it was kind of a stereotype. Also, I have to mention that the majority of the stories are based on erotica for women. From around 2014 they started making proper BL's with bl main couples but the intimate scenes like kissing were fake or censured or unnatural... the episodes were short and mainly on the internet, and the budget was extremely low; a lot of times from fan donations (this happens today as well in rare situations, or actors sometimes put their own money in as it was the case for KinnPorsche). But fans were supportive of the genre and asked for changes in the themes, wanting positive stories. The next thing that happened was an explosion of campus couples... starting from Lovesick and continuing with Sotus and so on. There is also something else specific to the BL industry, it became a stepping stone for many actors as it is always searching for new faces and they accept non-actors in the auditions (a lot of BL actors were first timers), compared to the general acting circles that rarely take new people over well-estabilished names. With all this, the BL industry created a system/ training camp to make the newcomers comfortable with each other, the camera, and romantic scenes, which is why couples in BL series seem close on-screen and off-screen. They also have a "marriage contract" in the Thai BL scene that some screen couples decide to make when they decide to be mainly exclusive with each other, make BL's as a couple, and not change partners (that is why they exchange rings because it's a symbol they will mainly play in BL's together and they come as a package, this is a choice that each actor decides on its own). Krist and Singto (Sotus 2016) are like that; Krist said he will only play in BL's with Stingo, while Stinto took on multiple roles. Peak and Boom (Make It Right 2016), Tul and Max (Bad Romance 2016) accept roles together more than with other partners. The legendary couple OffGun (Senior Secret Love: Puppy Honey 2016) that are together as a screen couple for 7 years now. Pete and Kao were similar... Some of the actors are actually childhood friends and live together, and some are actual couples in real life, so yes some fans exaggerate and obsess and push their fantasies over the actors, and because of this, some actors live the BL genre. In some cases, the on-screen couples become best friends in real life, even more, when one of them is experienced in acting and becomes a guide for the new actor like it happened with Saint and Zee, Mew and Gulf, Zee and NuNew, and so on. Anyway, the main idea is that the BL genre is exaggerated with storylines that are often crazy, unrealistic, and sexual and you should not expect normal, I skip some too, for example, this project seems like too much for me too . I love stories that have other subjects, not the ones that make rape the main theme :) but I don't mind others liking it or the actors accepting the roles.
Interesting. I could easily agree with you on much of your synopsis. However, there is one area that I guess I…
Yes, they are universal but the definition is different. I saw there was a huge backlash against the sexual scenes involving alcohol, whili I remember going out when young; girls would purposely get drunk or tipsy to have the courage to approach their crush. Under-age drinking and sex are not illegal in my country... so teens can drink with parental consent. So my cousin was 15 and dating a guy 2 years older... one year later the situation would be considered strange in other countries., right? 16 and 18. In my country it's not, so now they are married and have children. Sex between underage people and over 18 is also legal following some rules (because pedo still exist-but it's defined differently here). So only because I am used to watching projects from around the world that I am used to seeing the difference between what it's allowed here and what is in other countries, so I don't tend to push my country's style/views over others. A lot of people from the west would be outraged to hear about what I wrote before, even if I would tell them that nothing bad tends to happen compared to other countries...
