In Ep 11, She flat out tells her friend It doesn't matter if I like it or not I have to convince him to resign…
It's possible you're confusing the 'Personnel Reduction Plan' for the lists of candidates. At the beginning of Ep 11 she's at the corporate headquarters office talking to her superior who let's her know that the company will be losing money and therefore will be making more cuts accordingly, that packet she gets seems to be more like instructions on how to go about picking those candidates. I think I mentioned this somewhere but you're right the actual decision to make cuts is beyond her control. But in regards to how to go about it, is all on her. Remember that WTF moment when it was his turn to sit down and talk about his future and he practically begged her to let him stay another few months? She could've have granted him that but she would be risking showing favoritism which is why she sort of backhandedly granted his wish by letting him stay but as the Chief of Operation's (?) manservant. Hoping he would be humiliated to the point he would quit on his own which was such a d*ck move and why he took it personally after just having saved her from being canned.

Well I mean as head of HR, she would be responsible for making the list of candidates for Volunteer Resignations which I’m guessing you’re referring to? Which is also why she’s the one ‘interviewing’ but it’s more like trying to mildly intimidate to quit.
I think LKT should have been put in her place long before this. But I really blame the father. Too much emphasis…
I agree. One thing though, can't blame the father so much, remember it was their mom who brainwashed them into being spoiled princesses and lied to them about what kind of person their father basically following in her footsteps. It wasn't until their mom died while trying to fake her death with the man she was having an affair with that they found out the truth.
violence is never the solution but i understand LKS, LKT and her husband were rude she always do what she wants…
Agreed. Throughout the duration of the drama so far, I've grown from feeling really annoyed especially when they treated their father like crap, to eventually liking the sisters. LKT to me seemed to be the least annoying and most amiable until she got married. But this situation between the two has gotten me frustrated, it's hard for me to decide who is right or wrong. Or if it was me, how I would go about resolving this conflict. Being the youngest and then suddenly the most well-off sibling, It's admirable LKT wants to be generous with her newfound wealth but t's disappointing she's behaving like this money is something she deserved than as a blessing. especially when non of which was earned...ok maybe i shouldn't be that surprised.. Be as that may should that allow her to overstep certain boundaries especially amongst the sibling hierarchy? I could also see the argument that LKS was acting more out of jealousy and her own insecurities but allowing her husband to cook for the family and not even checking to see if he's eaten and not just by her but also her husband seems a bit much but maybe that's just me. And in regards to sibling hierarchy is that mainly an asian thing or do western cultures find this, not an issue?
What y’all think regarding the fight between LKS and LKT. Did she deserve to be slapped or was LKS the one who was out of line? Or their dad at fault for not being stepping in from the get go?

Lol, unfortunately, someone always has to be the scapegoat. As far as the dishwashing incident, she was the one who made the president aware about the faulty dishwashers sold to the public. HSK and even the president's...uh I guess advisor(?) kept this fact from him and from what I recollect was gonna pin the problem on her but then she found out and as a last resort in saving herself told the president only because Choi had a possible fix, well not so much a fix but solution to help save the company millions by letting customers know if their product was faulty before it died. In doing so making her look favorable. Plus HR although they are the mediators between the employees and corporate, they are there to ultimately serve the HQ and be it's eyes and ears. Notice during the voluntary interviews she's bring up personal facts and knowledge as leverage in those meetings. Ultimately I'm sure it's not personal but just the way it is. :P
I feel bad for Ms. Dang. She's just like the rest of them, trying to keep HER job, but is always treated like…
In Ep 11, She flat out tells her friend It doesn't matter if I like it or not I have to convince him to resign if that's what HQ wants or something to that effect. To me, she made the poor choice in underestimating someone who was not just a coworker but an ally. And shows she still has little to no sympathy for these people; her main objective is meeting a quota. Yes, it is her job to carry out HQ's demands but unless I'm wrong they didn't exactly single out Mr. Choi specifically and let's say he was, the way it was carried out was all on her. And besides that she has to convince the senior employees to leave voluntarily with what i'm assuming is a shit severance for all their time and work; not her doing but still it's like adding insult to injury without any sympathy, I understand you sort of have to in her line of work. Which is why Ep 12 was fun to see her get a little taste of her own medicine. And now from the looks of it we get to see a whole different dynamic with the remainder of the story. Can't wait~
Lol we have gone full circle. Miss Dang is now in almost the exact position Choi found himself in at the beginning.…
As someone who was responsible for administering layoffs or ‘volunteer resignations’ (that was a new one for me) that was pretty amusing and somewhat satisfying(?) lol
