A lot of the commenters have been here from the start and there are a lot of discussions on very serious topics - for the first 4 episodes it was on Pran's mental health - and how the happy faces and sad faces went deeper. It was a lot of self reflection.
Back when BBS was pulling in a 10% rating and we were the core - it built a community of misfits who loved the show, loved the fact that Pat and Pran was a non-toxic relationship
we liked the fact that we can call out their friends for bing toxic, and the fact that the show itself was calling out toxic behavior while showing it.
We like the fact that P'Aof can make fun of a sponge bath scene with an Ad (oishi) and that 2gether could NEVER pull off a seaweed snack add like Pran sucking on a finger.
This show has brought us together. In a way that TharnType could FUCKING DREAM.
so yes, we are weird, we are eccentric - we comment on something bizarre like "He made him breakfast in bed because they had sex last night" - but its not because we feel superior,
Its because we finally have a series that sees us. We have a series that deals with gay relationships respectfully. We have a series with 2 of the best actors that give respect to the community and genuinely care about their characters and their roles.

Forced my friends to watch BBS yesterday. Thought i could get 1 episode out of the non-watchers. Started at 5. The rooftop sucked them in and we did 5-9.
