The storytelling is quite confusing thanks to the flashbacks but my biggest issue with the series is why, from the beginning, did they believe that what happened in Kram's world would happen in this world ? They know nothing about the other world, no rule has been explained so far so the whole plot about saving Phupa is dumb. I thought the story was about Kram approaching Phupa to recreate their romance while falling unexpectedly for Thai. I agree that Nat is acting better with Gun, he's more relaxed, natural. However, to be fair, he hasn't had many scenes with Max and those scenes were more challenging for him, acting wise.
The series was almost good but missed the mark. - Second couple is toxic. In 2024 we don't want to see a victimxbully romance. The whole story isn't even developed properly. - Seheon forgivingJooha when he didn't even apologize to him. - Taeyi SA Seheon but next day he's ok with himself and brave enough to kiss Seheon ?Sure...OOC behavior just to create unecessary angst. - Minimal chemistry between Taeyi and Seheon, and tepid kisses.
Not my cup of tea. Too juvenile for me. I have a crush on Milk and was expecting something better for her. I was excited at first with the first trailer but now I'm watching an overly cute and cringe high school drama... I'll continue watching to support Milk and because tbh the series isn't bad.
I think I am weird , I must be ! or crazy at least .. cuz back in the days when history 4 came up I couldn't accept…
Cause the story is nothing alike. Same trope, different narrative. In History4, the young brother acted like a predator, he manipulated his brother and even raped him. Impossible to root for them.
Top and tee were close it was hinted from the starting..phee was always in love with non why wouldn't he behave…
Tee asked for Top's help 2 times I think but IIRC it wasn't explain how he helped him ? I mean, if you're acting as a spy wanting your target to fall in love with you, wouldn't you be glad he wants to be boyfriends ? Even if he was feeling guilty or was pissed with the gang, shouldn't Phee continued his "game" to learn what they did to Non ? And even if he had feelings for Jin, why didn't he cajole him and continue the relationship while still getting information ? That's what I mean when I say the whole thing didn't make sense. Feel like it was just to create a bl pairing.
People were playing with lots of theories that's why director played villain like:"oh, let me show you how to…
Third paragraph... Have you ever seen thai series other than bls ? They do a lot of horror movies and series and they're quite good. DDF isn't new in that regard.
I came to the conclusion that I don't like Sammon's writing. She tries too hard with the mystery, the suspense, adds a lot of details and subplots but doesn't address them at the end. What about Tee's uncle's death ? Who thought like me that it was related to the murderer ? And what about Top helping in Tee's scheme ? They had 1 or 2 discussions about it but it was never really explained. She makes the characters behave a certain way to further the plot but at the end it doesn't really make sense => why would Phee dump Jin like that if he wanted to know about Non ? That was a stupid move. And what happened for 2 years after they "broke up" ? Are we supposed to believe they never met again ? Phee who's smart and tenacious could not make Jin listen to him ? Por under the influence, run in the wood and impaled himself right on the branch New had cut ? Right... And I always feel the end is rushed and/or resolved too easily. I had the same issues with Manner of Death and Triage, though I enjoyed Triage more than MOD. As a fan of the thriller genre I can't help seeing the flaws in her writing. That being said, it's a 8/10 for me cause it's original for a bl, it's quite well acted and I'm a fan of horror movies.
What's the occupation that you want them to have at this age?
Synopsis said nothing about their ages. I don't care if they're 18 or 25. I'm just disappointed they're students. I thought the story was about adults working full time at the club.
Somehow I can tolerate a dead fish kiss but I really dislike when one of the guy is more into the kiss than the other. Like, the guy being kissed is standing still and barely moving his lips. This annoyes me cause ain't nobody doing that in real life, definitely not when you've been crushing on the guy for weeks! Job was all in but Porsche was like "ok do your thing and let's wrap it up, I need to go home". 🤣
When Barcode appeared, his fandom started attacking the rest of the cast, especially Copper. Every day There are…
"I don't see so much hate for Por, Top or Tee, they put all the misfortunes of Non's life on Jin." -> That pisses me off. The way Jin haters paint him as the worst of the group and the reason Non's life was destroy, completely forgetting Tee and Top existence and the fact that they started the chain of events we saw. There's zero nuance in their thought process.
