Opposite poles meet up with fantasy becoming the most hurtful reality

One of the best BL series I've watched to date, and I don't blame people being hurt at the end coz it's truly heartbreaking. Our main protagonist suffered so much until the end just to taste a glimpse of happiness being a human can have. Not to mention, Tofu is a lost but also well deserving soul for a love that Nut happens to purely gave into him (Both In & Job have a fantastic job portraying the characters, I love them both!). And yet the ending told us that they dont deserve each other, its a shame. At present, deep into my heart, I believe that Nut loves Tofu more than Tharn now. It was so evident at Ep 15. A gift, the collection of memories and the decision made at a hospital call was a solid proof.

Someone should have not taken it too lightly that it end up just what it should be, Nut ended with Tharn and Tofu coming back to a teddy bear. It wasnt that easy given all the circumstances and the feelings our main characters invested in. Its a fantasy and we get it, but it indirectly telling us that something that we dreamt of, cant be our own reality despite how eager we are to have it or how invested we are for that truthful feeling. Its a harsh, awful situation. It has a wonderful built up story but it fails to give justice on this idea of achievable dream. Worst, it happens when we actually gave it our all. Ultimately, it wasnt and will never be just "coz it should be".

Despite all the painful parts though, the writer didnt disappoint in handling various issues like mental health, social and family issues as well. It was handled carefully and discussed truthfully (Mrs Na, Gen and Song plays an important roles on this matter and they nailed it!) . And it is such a hard task to take over, I salute for taking the enormous risk of discussing them simultaneously. The correlation of this issues where binded flawlessly and I'm very happy on how it turned out to be.

In conclusion, it was heart wrenching at the end especially when Nut sings his heart out for Tofu on his burial (that makes me cry :'( a thousand fold). But given the journey it took with Nut and Tofu to love each other unconditionally, makes my heart overjoyed with memories. And its something Id like to stay with me forever instead.

When you felt it like it should, you know its never gonna be wrong

Unintentional Love Story was in my park for quite sometime before I decided to give it a try... and I never regret doing so since the beginning. I really felt like SoKor has this sole BL entry who will captivate me each year and I believe this is it for 2023. The title says it all straight and forward as to what the story is all about.. but it didnt cut the chase and give us a full story with heartfelt dialogue instead. The lead acts are both impressive and expressive too that makes it engaging towards the main climax of the scenes. Hope to be able to watch both male actors in their future project soon! Plus, the production does well with the bgm so much that it soothes in every heartbreaking and lovely scenes.

Made with Neophytes, Done like a Pro

This is an exclusive gem from GMMTV's roster of BL series. I can say that the crown for the best BL-Musical genre already has a new king. Premise didnt disappoint despite being nothing new from this kind of series.

It started quite decent and got off the charts episode per episode. Their journey is a roller coaster ride of love, friendship, family relationships, passion, future goals... I didnt think atfirst that it will tackle so much but it delivers.

The main cast is superb while the supporting casts is indispensible, they brought joy and richness to the story. That being said, it is engaging, the highlights sparkle beyond miles away and I cant take my eyes off of it. Good job Gemini-Forth and the rest of the cast on cam and behind it!

Multiverse Couldnt be Simplier yet Most Memorable

A narrative on multiverse have been quite a story this past few years and still is a hot topic among content creators up until now. Yet, some attempted to cross it over other genres such as romance. GMMTV is the one who's brave enough to air it like a normal scheme and done it with flying colors. Speaking of which, never thought of colors will be strikingly good and so appealing to describe an episode. Nailed it from episode 1 til the end up into the extras. Like its last episode, its crystal clear that this is one of if not the best BL TV series they made so far. A story thought provoking, compelling actors (ill be forever greatful seeing this magnificent work ofJimmySea, I respect their artistry so much because of this, SALUTE!) and an eye catchy cinematography like no other. The last 3 episodes is a rollercoaster ride of emotions and I love it!

The Sequel I Thought I Never Needed

To My Star is a gem since the beginning of it's run last year, and the announcement of a sequel makes me worry about how will it turn out to be as a part of an awesome series. The start of the part 2 makes me curious for what is actually happening with the plot that's too irrelevant as to what I recall from last season's ending. It's a totally different one, I should say. I have a hard time deciding on whether I should continue watching after episode 2 but I yearn on how the story will unfold. And so, deciding to let it end before binge-watching it after is a nice decision I made.

The plot goes well above my expectations episode per episode and I love the fact that it actually tackle simple, somehow insensible decisions that a lot of us made at least once in our lives. Yes, it does happens and a lot of times that simple misunderstanding end up too difficult for everyone around. Remember that characters are too complex just like most of us is. An adorable person who you met might actually be a total weirdo after living together for quite some time. Again, it does happen.

Actors wise, I couldn't agree more that our leads are the best thereof to pull off this series. A round of applause to this loveable BL couple. Kim Kang Min is a talented actor and so does, Son Woo Hyun. They complemented each other's energy and it exudes well on screen. The introduction of new characters are also quite intriguing and adds up flavor to already spiced original characters. Request: Can we have a totally different story for the TB Ent CEO (Jeon Jae Yeong) and his lovely partner (Han Ji Won)? I love the idea of that!

The background music is quite good as well introducing the mood of the series, wasn't worded most of the times but felt deeply. It's like it's preparing you for something very emotional and it does and give you more.

This a sequel I thought I never needed but thank goodness that I have. Well-narrated, well-played, well-embraced.

A retelling to a short masterpiece

I liked "Love Mechanics" since En of Love even if it felt too short that time but time tells us patience is indeed a virtue. This time around, we got it full circle with even greater shots of what we were fed up from the initial released. Thank goodness as well for bringing back the lovable YinWar couple unlike those "ehem, 2Moons" which keep coming back with a new set of actors. Actors are superb and embodies the characters truthfully which makes the concept realistic as possible. I know we hate some characters because of what they become in the series but hey, that proves how believable the acting was and I commend them for that. In the end, love prevails and not just love but a truthful one. No cheats, neither secrets, nor lies.

The Definition of a Gem in a Small Package

I have decided to watch the series as a pastime this weekend and it surprised me to a whole new level of entertainment. For a short 4 episodic miniseries, I didnt expect it to tackle a lot of issues, define them, deal with it in a very straight forward manner, and surprisingly.. it does work! I must say this series deserves more love & attention than most of any regular full series out there.

I knew a few of the actors sharing their craftmanship on this hidden masterpiece and they all shine on their own ways. Q and X is a lovable realistic couple and the actors portrayed the role as convincing as it can be. I love them! Hope to see them team up again in another project as a couple. As for the supporting characters, what an ensemble they have! Frank and Toy stands out for having the perfect embodiment of their names and I like both for being honest, goofy (in a good way) and supportive characters. Q's mom & uncle are great adults, I envy Q for having both of them on his side. Mind and Mook is the wisest addition to the cast that gives just enough flavor to the already enticing cast and story.

I couldnt asked for more of this series, the story is short but rich, the lines are simple but convincing, the characters are few but well performed and then they did more. Thank goodness I found this hovering my timelines, and definitely saves my day binge watching it into a more delightful weekend. One of the best series ever made this 2022!

Short but Sweet & Everything with Butterflies

As it was launched and shown in Tiktok, we didn't get that much of a story to tell but the production makes a minute worth watching. Plus, I fell in love with the characters much more than those series who lasted 30 mins or more but doesn't really connects to the audience that much as Green & Chap does here. The 12-part short episodes gives love to short moments with just the right amount of sugar for sweetness and chocolates for romantic cringes. I think the production made the better move of releasing it in shorts than a full blast series!

Expected Plot Twist but still Satisfying

As my headline states, the plot twist seems to be predictable but the storylines planted bombs to confuse the audience which is at some point proved to be believable. Thanks to the actors who summon waves on the clear water and me believe there's a whirlpool underneath.

The only thing I don't really like on this is the inclusion of as much characters as they want. It would be more interesting if they do include a character with complex personality.

Overall, it wasn't the best from the production company but worth the time to watch on maybe two or three rounds.

Rewriting Standards, Simple, Short but Heartfelt

This BL KDrama surprised me in many ways. It's a 15-min long per episode that feels so complete. I couldnt imagine an episode can do so either but yes, it delivers! I love how straightforward it was. Have conflicts just any other drama plot out there and a few cute, lovely scenes that will surely hit you right to the core, felt pain and joy watching this drama. It even have flashbacks! Yes, they squeezed it in and found the right placement each episode. The lead actors are commendable for their portrayals. I need a lot of their couple chemistry badly right now. I love them so much! I never thought I will still find a BL drama I will recommend so much just like ITSAY, 1000 stars, Color Rush or Semantic Error.. but this show proved me wrong a thousand folds. A true statement of simplicity is beauty.

Short but Full

It's a series I never thought would rise up to challenge every series I watched since the birth of BL series. The length of each episodes might be short or mediocre at most occassions but the story did not felt like one. Better than most 60-mins clips out there. It's definitely a binge-worthy series I'll never regret spending with. They say good things come in small packages and this is aperfect example. The lead actors did great, the OST blew me away, the story aint full of surprises or great words of wisdom.. but somehow it works. Having just the right amount of it doesnt mean any less. At the end of the day, its an amazing series indeed!
