Right. Some complains how fast paced is the story while for sure they're also the people who complain how slow the story is. It's actually depends on the story and how many characters involved. It's just sad that they surely cut a lot of scenes to fit the requirement for a drama.

It's still a great story and acting. I've enjoyed the ride. Looking forward for the additional episodes on Sept 07. If episode 59 is the finale though I doubt, it's actually understandable how YY and YD end like that.
As much as I want a happy ending for YY and YD, given the story as the title itself, I've accepted it.
I cried hard watching how desperate YD to stop YY from dying. When she follows YY , that's the time I understood what's their role for each other. YY protecting the world, and YD protecting YY. Since she has no one to protect anymore, she decided to accompany him.
If this is the finale, then it's really a tragic ending. But I don't regret spending money and time for this. I did feel the emotions of their character. I still enjoy this xianxia.
No matter how similar the plot to others as they day, the acting of the main casts is what I always look forward to.

Story of IS is still good and their chemistry is great. The acting is very well executed. I was even conned for buying the express package😅 . Given the ending of IS as of the momentI, I have to say overall AOL is still the best xianxia for me, it's a total package.

That's true. I'm not actually interested in this drama before coming out. But I would surely watch because of YZ. Her fans has a plan of boycotting IS but for sure, they would still support this since this is YZ project.
YZ doesn't want to take IS because of the similarity of story into her other project. And you're right with the term, "forced" to take this as she owe a drama from her former agency. Glad that she still take this though.
