I've watched it and I liked it the least among the Reply series. I honestly think the high ratings are due to the hype that the previous 2 entries built up. I was actually expecting it to so magnificent because of all the awards it got but it was just okay to me.

I would probably rewatch it for Ryu Hye Young and her partner's (to avoid spoilers) scenes and that's it.
People get SLS from the male lead but I really can't stand him. He's acting like a high schooler like it was some youth drama (and I've seen more mature high schooler characters BTW). FL clearly stated that she doesn't like him yet he keeps trying to ruin the leads' relationship. Like grow up, man.
And I've noticed that people only tend to get SLS from male leads. I bet if the second lead was a female doing the same shit, people would call her "annoying bitch".
I don't know how you watch dramas but I rip the streams from youtube and get the subs from subscene. It has english…

I was putting this show on hold for so long and I was happy to have had the motivation to watch it. I was really put off with the idea of having different appearances because I've watched the English movie and found it awkward but they managed pulled it off well. I even rekindled my interest in the rare trope of rich-rich leads because dramas with that trope tend to be melodramas, makjangs, or just plain boring but they did it well here. The secondary couple was cute too but they needed more skinship. TBH, I wasn't even surprised when the main leads broke up. because it's an absolute rule in kdrama land to break up somewhere in episode 11-15.
So I've read comments on an infamous drama streaming website the FL is annoying. I didn't find her annoying at all, in fact she's cute and adorable. I find the manager and the aunt more annoying.
1) Amazing writing. Every scene with Jin Joo and Beom Soo is just so funny.
2) I loved that they made Ahn Jae Hong as the Main Male Lead. He's not your sparkly, head turning, panty dropping "oppa" but just a regular person like the rest of us.
3) So Jae Hoon's ending is him reuniting with his ex? So he's doing that tortuous cycle over again? What's the point or lesson in his story then?
If my own mother was that fucking annoying, I would bitch slap her to the moon and cut all ties with her completely and I'm ASIAN (not Asian-American, straight up Asian).
Can someone explain to me why ML and FL's eldest siblings can't be in a relationship? Is it taboo to be married to your sister/brother-in-law in Korea? I think I've seen several K-dramas where this happened and it seems perfectly okay.
I liked it. It's more of a comedy than romance. I'd say 80:20 Comedy/Romance ratio. I'm not sure if I have a low level threshold for comedy but if I laugh at it, then it's funny (no need to be some condescending elitist comedy snob pretender).
I'm amazed at how they did that fat appearance. It looks so real. I'm thinking really good special effects makeup, really good CGI, a body double, or a mix of the first two. If it was the first, shooting this drama would've probably taken ages.
"As Min Ho vows to get revenge, he meets Soon Jung, his father’s former secretary who betrayed him and now works for his uncle."
Damn, I thought it was going to be some juicy plot but it turns out to be miswritten. Soon Jung's FATHER is the betrayer not her. It's on episode 1 so it's not much of a spoiler.

I think subs get updated every week or so.
