tea poisoning: they first show the teacup dropping, then a blackout. only later do they reveal that her father…
sadly, yes. well, her father just tried to blind her with poison and send her far away in a temple but her brother is not contented with this so he ordered his bodyguard to later kill her.
i noted that the director seems to particularly enjoy using flashbacks and then revealing things after they happen. so the sort of jump noted from the earlier episodes (which personally did not bother me) might actually be filled in later.
A 25,000 heat index for a drama that has only been on air for 2 days is good though, isn't it? While the reviews…
it is already good besides, it's airing in multiple platforms dividing the viewers. sword rose is also airing in multiple platforms afaik and reaches 27,000 just yesterday. airing in multiple platforms is a double-edged sword. while a drama can gain more awareness from the public, it is also hard to reach the highest hits for each platforms. we also have to consider that zhou ye and cheng lei are both rising actors and basically has smaller fanbase.
the overall rating of lotfg is also currently good and i'm hoping it would break 30,000 hits on tencent soon 🤞 the struggle right now is that it is also airing in mango tv so the viewers are divided
when you say 'general', it's like some does not allow characters to deviate from the stereotype. i'm kinda disappointed actually, the drama has shown since episode 1 that he yan is not that type of general and for some reason, people missed it. i only see these type of comments in international platforms fortunately.
