Shin Ha Kyun went from Less Than Evil to Beyond Evil! The last two episodes with his wicked grin are upon us. sigh I wonder how much trouble the pair of detectives can get into in two episodes...
why do all male lead have traumatic past, people can have a social phobia without having a traumatic event...having…
Sociophobia is the debilitating fear of being judged, so it’s all-encompassing. And it does develop from one or many repeated events where the sufferer experienced profound shame or embarrassment. Whereas an aversion to crowds, is often due to the high noise level, is common in most introverts.
Why does Jaehi work with the cops? Why is juwon so bent on DS? Why does he think himself clever when all he does…
After reading this blurb, it’s evident you don’t fully understand what is going on. Perhaps reading recaps on Dramabeans will provide much needed enlightenment. The genre ought to be denoted as a psychological thriller. And the usage of red herrings has been masterful. There’s no misdirection involved. Early on it was mentioned that the Beauty Parlour owner was seen making financial deals with men who were definitely strangers. The Russian mafia fits. JW and the Regional Prosecutor have personal and professional issues to work through. Again it’s a psychological thriller and the games they play with each other are critical to JW’s growth as a human being. Ditto his adversarial relationship with DS. Now KJM did not kill YY. He cut off her fingers and she managed to escape. Did you not see her running and holding the bloody cloth around both her hands? Now the actual killer whom I won’t spoil their identity, ran her over. They then tossed her to the other side of the road. It was clear by her eyes she was no longer. JJ had been drinking and was definitely speeding. He was not in a good state of mind when his car hit the lump on the road. It was understandable to think that it was a deer in a deer farm. Again, he did not kill her. So YY’s body wound up with two sets of tracks on her. JJ was clearly traumatized by the incident. He was dating her, after all. Jae he was supposed to go to police college prior to her father’s death. That’s why they include her in police business. She had a job interview last episode, and the next thing you know the Prosecutor has a work contract drawn up. Coincidence? JW was convinced for the longest time of DS’s guilt and he was determined to outwit him and bring him to justice. Their approach to their work is very different and JW who is very by the book did not see at first the value of DS’s person-oriented, flexible and calm approach to policing. At the heart of it they just did not like or trust one another. Because JW was leading the task force on the missing women, like any investigator, there was the drive to wrap up the case. This drama is a tough sell for some people. The number of characters you have to size up and determine motivations for is not for everyone. I understand that. Most people don’t want to be bothered having to think that much. And that’s perfectly fine.
Need some recommendatios for dramas where characters have creepy expressions, any ideas?
