The leads are surprisedly so calm knowing her mom and his dad are getting married, which will make them step-siblings.…
tbh since they met each other as adults and liked each other before their parents were married i dont think its that bad - if they grew up together it would have been worse, cause then they would actually have a sibling bond
This drama is so messy, her love interest is her step brother, and second male lead is her love interests half brother - they all related by blood or marriage
Barely watch kdrama anymore but I will always come back for really good shows like this
Alot of people seemed to think like something was missing and I agree there were alot of abrupt cuts in earlier episodes, but I actually cannot fault the drama because it was consistently good (wasnt bored for a second).
I’m wondering why Ian and Huiju were not able to discover the truth about that maid, Areum (was that her name?),…
They knew that Areum was underneath the Queen Mother, they said it in a scene, that they wouldn't replace her cause then another one will just be planted. So they defo did suspect her, but I guess they didnt have any proof behind Lord Inpyeong being behind it. But they do know he is evil, hence standing up against him in episode 9.
Went downhill after episode 30 imo, but nonetheless a pretty decent watch that makes you hooked to the story line with amazing actors, just wish it was better to digest.
Makes sense. I've been watching for a decade and the worst it has been was 3/4 episodes a week. Korean dramas though, 1 episode per week and you would have to wait 24-48 hours for fan subs.
Edit: Read your other comments and it seemed like you were talking about western dramas on TV. I guess that will always be different cause different industries. There are also breaks on CDramas/Korean Dramas/Thai Dramas etc based on whats currently happening in the world.
2ML is so annoying, he used to call her spoiled to her face, and didn't shoot his shot back when he realised he was in the wrong for protecting rong against her, he's now even spilling wine on her lol
