I tried to watch episode 1 and after it ended I knew it wasn't for me. Which is a shame because I wanted to like…
Oh that's a shame! I've definitely been there where I really wanted to like something and it just didn't work for me. Have you watched I feel you linger in the air? Similar vibes as this show
actor playing san is actually cute w hair they did him dirty 🙂🫵🏼
I've seen a few comments like yours about his hair. Maybe I'm in the minority but I think it makes him look more handsome and mature than the longer hair...but that's just me!!
Actually the ML can be bisexual right and there are many bisexual people who are unable to realize their whole…
Actually I'm bi, so I can comment on this. I actually think it's common for bi people not to realize or accept that they are bi until later in life. Since they are attracted to the opposite sex, it often takes longer to realize that they can also be attracted to members of the same sex. At least that was how it happened for me. And if you account for the fact that San was raised in a very different time, it sort of makes sense that he never explored that side of himself (especially since he was so focused on finding Wad, a woman).
It sounds like you are not enjoying this show, which is totally fine. Maybe you should move on to other shows that you enjoy more.
The fact that so many people are annoyed at Ryan just goes to show that Gun managed to portray his characters…
Yeah people complaining about Ryan's character may not understand that the writers are setting him up for some major character growth in the future. If characters are perfect at the start of the show then there's nowhere to go from there.
Gender swap is pretty common in Chinese dramas (more commonly female to male) and it's always pretty obvious but the audience is expected to suspend their disbelief and roll with it. LOL that's the best explanation I have, someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
There are a lot of things I'm enjoying more and more about this show as it progresses. The use of creative cinematography choices to highlight the increasingly blurry lines between acting and real-life are really delightful, and the music is interesting and sets a specific mood. The addition of Yamase is providing some needed conflict to drive the plot. I also feel that the tension between the three is well-acted. Looking forward to next week.
Last Twilight is probably the first Thai BL I genuinely liked without biases. Not familiar with the actors and…
Haha, I did the same thing. I paused for a few weeks after episode 9. I just finished the series. It seems like some people weren't crazy about the ending but I thought the last 3 episodes were great. :)
