I came here to check here if this show has 16 or 14 episodes and after checking I'm wondering what is there in the last 2 episodes because the story was done in 13 episodes and somehow they made 14 to wrap everything then what is in the last 2 episodes :o
I know I am watching this gem super late but I am glad I picked it up atleast now...right now in ep 4...I had…
I have just finished my 4th episode. Maybe the answer lies in your last line. He still cares about her because somewhere he has affection towards her because of 15years of relationship. Maybe he just wanted a new relationship, because he seems like a nice person. Doesn't have the evil vibe.
I am liking this drama. ML has done a great job here by expressing out each character. There is a couple whose divorce never happened officially, had children with different partners and now they are the main leads. For some reason, their past is entangled with each other, and with each episode, they are going to uncover that hidden truth. It's a sad journey with some happy moments.
I just didn't like the FL, she is very loud sometimes and annoying. Maybe it's how the drama needs her to be but for me, it was really uncomfortable.
It's a slow-paced drama, you need all the patience to go through it. I mostly watched this drama on 1.25x speed. But try it, this is gonna be a good drama indeed.
I have started this drama but after just 4 episodes. I just can't watch this drama, it's too cringey. All the situations are childlike. As per my experience with CDramas, all were the same, not related to the real world. She gets away from home with little money, paid college fees, new dress all the time. But doesn't have money to pay for food, seriously. She breaks into the office, dismantles the pic and the teacher just asks for money, and that too so much when only a frame is broken. Because they just want a plot to have her as an assistant to the main lead. It's over for me, I guess, to watch cringey and hypothetical dramas. It's not for audience who wants some mix of reality.
In the starting, I didn't want the chef to stick in the past. But as the story went and he experienced all the things and came to love the king. I wanted him to be with the king and live his life. I didn't like this ending because king fell in love with chef character. And even they didn't got their good byes and king never really believed that he came from future. Even in the end, he had the feeling of losing something and, somewhere he didn't like Queen's polite behavior and talking formally.
After 18 episodes story of both felling in love with each other, it was painful that the king has to live with the queen and the chef has to move on. Because it's not that easy to move over things chef experienced and for the king, it will be a fraud to love someone whom he never fell in love with, in the first place.
But instead of the ending, I liked this drama and going to miss this a lot. It's gonna be one of my favorites.
I was anticipating something different. It's kind of a special episode for them. Nothing new to the story, just some moments from the palace. And scenes are of mixed timelines, you can't decide which happened when. But it was fun watching and I'm going to miss this drama :(
I have started this drama because of main lead and title. But I can't watch it anymore after 6 episodes of skip watching. There is no super hero feeling. Leads are too dumb and lots of overacting in the scenes.
The last episode was kind of boring. I personally didn't felt any spark between them. It felt dragged and forced. The only thing I liked in the last episode is Seo Jun scenes.
Why everyone keeps saying that happy ending for 2nd lead means finding mate? If Seojun ends up being a singer…
It feels unrealistic when the main lead just goes for years ignoring her and then comes back saying I missed you and please take me back. While 2nd lead was there with her, taking care of her and still loving her. How come I can't feel sad for him for loving and caring for someone who doesn't love him back? And why it's a happy ending when the main lead gets the girl even after ignoring her for years?
This drama feels like mix of gangnam beauty and School 2017. The story is too predictable and have no new addition to the drama. But I think it's the execution and moments in the drama that is gripping the audience. I really liked bromance more and all the friendship moments... I just want one drama where 2nd lead has a happy ending. I feel sorry for seojun :'(
Nah, if the queen's body was entered by a fierce woman spirit, then this drama will become less fun because there…
Yaa, I know you are right but it's just somehow I can't accept chef to like king and turn into queen. I now want that king get to know the reality of queen and then they can go on with bromance.
I just didn't like the FL, she is very loud sometimes and annoying. Maybe it's how the drama needs her to be but for me, it was really uncomfortable.
