So with that being said you can't judge someone just because he is rich, that's such an immature conception one can have , and be careful it can bring you bad consequences in your life.
In my point of view, I think Do san has the ego of "Yes Dal Mi is the one who can make me feel complete and happy, so I won't let her go, I'll do whatever I have to do so she can be just mine, she is my goal in life" . That's a common case of ego in relationships, and at the same time it's also dangerous, that's how violent relationships begin.
