I think it's mainly because HL focused also on the family especially since SZ was a young girl. While FF shows exactly how SY felt and how he didn't think telling his family would change the issues for him. Plus, I think thats how many guys are. They do not share a lot of their problems with their parents, big or small. Plus, never forget HL was from SZs view, which also shows no matter how much of a trouble he is in, he never let his sister feel that nor his parents. But when I watched HL, I did notice SY was def a bit distant with his family, its just SZs view that made him look less distant and the directors work too! And the only reason why SY is a bit aloof is also because of SZ, thats why we got to see quite a lot of cute funny moments in FF Regardless, now we have both ver. in the same universe, one being more carefree and the other being more mature deep drama.
Just going to say the first time I watched this I thought this was familiar and when I watched more, I finally…
maybe the cinematic and the vibes that this drama gave, I just watched L&P and it just occurred to me. but the leads have different way of romance for their partners.
