I’m going to say a little after her arrival to the heavenly realm. Youqin with emotions would appreciate her playful side . He also would have understood her need for real foods and gotten her some from the mortal realm, he could have taken her to the mortal realm himself and enjoyed a relaxing meal of hotpot. Maybe his sacred cow could have been saved!

Same! I started to watch it w/no expectations and now it is imprinted in my heart. I will re-watch this often.

If I had to hear one more time “she’s so annoying” or “I don’t like his real voice” .., lol

2) A Familiar Stranger (it’s a costume mini drama and under 2 hrs to watch)
3) Nothing But You (modern drama, currently airing)

I’m not a fan of of angst and misunderstandings. I usually wait for a drama like this to finish airing but I’m going to watch anyway for BL & LYX.
I’m also going to start reading the novel Back from the Brink is based upon.

Me too. The 2nd fanfic was so well written. The writer loves QinTan and knows them as well as we do. I hope she writes more.

TSL was the little engine that could. It was not received very positively when it was first aired &there were complaints. As the series went along, people grew to love it. That’s why it will continue to thrive.

This how I envision the ending after ep. 40. There are 2 reasons why I firmly believe this is how it will happen.
1) Emperor Tun has to still be alive when his daughters are revived.
2) CF & YQ have suffered enough. They should have to wait long for their spouses to return.
So the ending. after a few months of CF & YQ feeding the twin flower, the flower continues to grow & one day, the flower blooms & there is a magic spark & the flower drops & transforms into QK & YT.

1. QK vs. Wudai! Sis did not need any help from CF. She overpowered on her own! Tell me all your thoughts. Is this the ep. that made you love Wudai?
2. Thoughts on YQ breaking his promise to her? Was YT right in pestering him to remove the Iridescent Eyes?
3. QK vs green CF! He definitely deserved that right?!!
