I’m huge LBFAD fan. What I love about LBFAD was no extended & annoying love triangles or misunderstandings. The STL is the same (so far) so I’m all in & cheering it on for higher ratings & viewership.

The most telling moment for me was when he gave Fei Chi the list of foods she liked. And then when she got kicked out of the academy. He listened to reason & empathized with her.

Another good one is Forever and Ever. This one has prequel that is set in ancient China and the main characters get reincarnated. You do not have to watch the sad prequel to enjoy Forever and Ever.
