She most likely will take it if it's a good character even if she's not the main lead just to build up her skills. For example in Law school, her character and her story was the most well written character and she overshadowed almost all the main leads except her law professor.

To be fair it was almost everyone's outfits that were cut down. They put almost all the money in part 1 and used what's left for part 2. JBY needs to be looking good more than Uk needs to look given their situation. You will need to reach out to the production team to find out the real reason.

This I cannot defend the production team. Not only Uk, Jinmu and everyone else except JBY didn't get many outfits either. If they remove the romance/chemistry/bromance/turtle out of the equation this drama would be a bigger mess than "BIG" also by the Hong Sisters.

The turtle and So-i had the best character development.

You should have put your own investment toward part 2 that way they will have better everything. Seems that they lack the money for this production.

The turtle/the crown price/shaman turtle are the best trio in part 2, bested JU/Dangu/Seo Yul trio.

Yes, SK entertainment ( or maybe everywhere, might not be America - skills plus networking) is one very competitive place. Some put 10+ of their lives training and never get debuted and owed the company crazy amount, with no job and with no education. It's sad that they look for good looking people instead of looking for talent. The way these companies thoughts is look first and skill is last requirement the look at.
