Time traveling to save the one you love!

I just watch the entire series and I'm glad to finish it in half day.. that's how each episode make me curious and can't stop to continue.

I never watch the Korean version of Blue Birthday, but I think the Japanese version is good and capturing my heart.

The story give us a roller coaster ride, and full of mystery.. I like the way it make me confuse about what's the hell is going on, and there's some plot twist that unexpectedly happened.

I love the cinematography.. and the warm tone color effect whenever the story is back to the past.

This drama truly bring the consistent message.. where a young and naive couple.. have a strong desire to protect each other.

it's about first love, friendship, and family. I even cry for some scenes.

Shion (JO1) is still new.. he looks handsome and charming.. but his acting may need improvement.. For example when Jun was heartbroken and should be cry crazily when he lose Karin.
I think his acting just ok.. and not really bring the heartbreaking emotion. At this scene.. he should put more emotions like sadness, regret and anger at the same time.. so the audience can feel the real emotion on it. Also, I think he is very weak if we compare with Karin whenever they meet any threatened situation.

However, I believe he will become a great actor if he get more chances to act in any other drama. I love JO1 and the drama ost "Romance" is totally perfect! This drama surely will make my eyes look at Shion.. next time if I watch JO1 MV.

Airi is very cute and beautiful actress. She is really suitable with Karin role! Her acting is incredibly great and lovely!

Now let's get back to the story.

Karin go back to the past so many times and change everything, and I love the fact that Jun did the same.
Love the plot twist when Jun actually did the time traveling first before Karen. Then, he is also the one that use the last photo.

The romance is very sweet, and adorable during the school moment. It's wrapped perfectly following with their age and situation.
When they meet again in the future, they become a mature couple.. and the romance is a bit hotter.

Don't look for the logical things, because it's a fantasy drama after all.
I love the ending! Eventhough it's not perfect and there's some question marks, but the main couple is finally can be together even after 10 years.. and love the fact Jun choose to be photographer, rather than doctor.. since the drama is about photography club students...

So.. "old photos and mysterious camera" are the main focus here.
It's kinda remind me with a romantic comedy Japanese drama "Proposal Daisakusen" in year 2007. They also go back to the past through the help of old photos.

P.S. there's some hidden trivia at the end of every episode that quite thrilling too.

In the end, there's always be an unexpected consequence if you try to change the fate. But love will conquer the time and space :)

Wait.. I heard there will be sequel of this drama entitled "Best Birthday".
I wish we can see more romantic scenes and more happy ending for Jun and Karin! ;)
