Ben seems like a nice guy, but I'm still sus of him. If him and Nueng get together, that's going to be Chopper's villain origin story. Then there's Nueng, simping hard over a guy that he ended up friend zoning, while kissing another but still getting jealous. Then there's Palm, always getting his ass beat for Nueng. Yeesh, love triangles. Anyways, LET THE GAMES BEGIN!
Gosh, the second hand embarrassment I'm feeling for the FL in episode 2 is killing me!!!😬😬😬 Note to self, avoid broadcasting rooms!!!
Of course they met as kids. Of course.
Finished. This was great up until the leads got together. I began to get bored because they dragged out his secrets and their conflict for far too long.
What would've made this better is if they had brought out the secrets from episode 12 and then just had them being together working through his trauma, then marriage and then babies with them just battling family life with the other residents while keeping it fun, for the rest of the show. You know, like a true slice of life drama. I only stayed because Kim Seon Ho is just so charming and adorable in this role, plus his character Chief Hong, being the most likeable character ever, went through A LOT because everyone blaming him for everything that went down made NO SENSE.
Didn't really like the FL because she was a walking contradiction. She was basically struggling growing up from when her mom died, since her Dad was an alcoholic and she had to raise herself with hardly any money, you would think she would understand ML more, but nope. Hong, who is just living his best life trying to be happy, a freaking genius and is good at EVERYTHING, she finds his nonchalant life bothersome, all because she got into dentist school, got a taste of money and the good life, then talking about they're from different classes of life. Girl no. Everyone in the town was right, SHE was the one who lucked out in the relationship, not him. But she got bearable in the last two episodes.
Then all the angst from the towns people and their relationships/connections in the last two episodes, just for the sake of everything being sad was exhausting.
Anyways, it was funny and I liked SOME of the annoying towns people, but it could've been 12 episodes. The raw fish restaurant owner and Gam-Ri were my favorite people besides Chief Hong. I also enjoyed the friendship with Hong and the television crew. The man just had a way of making everyone his friend.
On another note, since this is attached to the Hong Sisters, I'm prepared for a sad or confused ending. I'm still holding a grudge with them about Hotel Del Luna and A Korean Odyssey. They're never too kind with their female leads in the fantasy department.
This could work in theory, but remember, Naksu doesn't have her body anymore. The body she's using is Bu Yeon's,…
It's the soul. Uk only came back because his body was in the process of burning so the ice stone returned his soul to his body. Same with the other body that Lady Jin was doing the demonstration with the first ice stone in part 1. The body was still intact and it returned the soul. But there is no body for Naksu. The only next best thing is that Uk has the power to remove BY's soul from the body and keep Naksu's, but that's going to be a tough choice for them to make.
Since there is another ice store in Gwido, what if they use it to reincarnate Naksu just Jang Uk did and her and…
This could work in theory, but remember, Naksu doesn't have her body anymore. The body she's using is Bu Yeon's, so they would have to shift someone's soul into a new body. The question is who and they would pretty much also have to go through Lady Jin with the body.
It's PAINFULLY obvious that Uk and Crown Prince have joined hands and this is all a scheme to bring down Jin Mu, but omg, FREAKING FINALLY!!! Get ya girl Jang Uk!!!!
Jin Mu stay dragging Lady Jin into all his shit. All my girl wants to do is stay home, drink her tea and protect her family treasures.
Also, Master Lee is pretty much instigating everything, dropping all these clues and options and pretty much leaving everything up to fate and watching how it all plays out to see if they bet on the winning result. My man!
Waited a whole year for it to be subbed and loved it. Loved watching these two idiots go through all those obstacles for love. I even enjoyed the twins too.
😂😂😂😂😂 They really had these two guys doing a wheelchair race!!!!!!
Better storyline than the first, but I liked the ML from season 1 more. I'm glad they kept the same FL because she's just so cute. I liked how she was always one step ahead of the bad guys.
This is not a continuation, think of it as a reboot.
Meh, dropped. Too boring for my taste. I'm sorry, but for me Yi Tian peaked in A Love So Beautiful. I haven't watched him in a good rom com since then. I either dropped the others halfway through or hate watched til the end. I tried to keep going for Kido Ma, but even my love for him can't make me finish this.
This drama made me so fucking angry, especially with the fanatics going around beating people up. This was some Charles Mason/Jim Jones shit. CGI baby creeped me out. But this was good. Glad there's a part 2 coming. I want to see how it all ends.
What makes it the best enemies to lovers trope? What episode does the romance begin?
They initially started out hating each other, with the FL DESPISING ML and then they slowly fall in love (which I liked, instead of it being rushed and them liking each other all of a sudden) with the FL falling first and slowly realizing that she likes ML. I can't remember exactly but it's somewhere between eps 8 and straight to the end.
Welp, episode 17 and it's starting to turn into a snoozefest.
Completed. It was okay. It started to drag with all the fillers by episode 16. I liked the comedy, but the romance was lacking. They mostly focused on the work aspect of the show and we never got to see the couple actually coupling. No love triangles, no breakups. The leads were actually dedicated to each other and handled things maturely. Good skinship, hell even the one love scene took me by surprise.
Likeable characters, even the love rivals were sweet and some nice food was shown.
The petty in me didn't like how they easily forgave the old man that kept sabotaging them. Nah, he ass would've eaten some poisoned noodles.
Male lead is painfully gorgeous along with his Dr. BFF and his manager BFF, so lots of eye candy. I didn't like the FL much. She was just way too stiff sometimes for my taste.
Worst thing about this show was the editing. It was shit. Also, clothing budget looked like it was nonexistent since all the characters pretty much interchanged between four outfits.
Found it boring. Would've been better if they had casted a better Putter. Someone who wasn't too pubescent looking or had better seductive skills. (He looked awkward most the time) I did like Yoshi though.
What did I say about all of Pawin's characters. The little shit. 😂 This girl keeps saying elderly people are in this dance class and all I'm seeing are people in their 30s, 40s and maybe 50s.
Dang, but Pond got hotter. So pretty. I also love that Perth is thriving over there at GMMTV.

"If you're sorry, then give me a hug and I'll forgive you"
That was so cute.
I'm going to assume either Dennis is also someone from the past, or he's just a brat and is going to cause bigger trouble.
I wish the episodes were longer so we could get a better developed plot, but I'm still enjoying it.
Dang, but Pond got hotter. So pretty. I also love that Perth is thriving over there at GMMTV.
Awe, he became a human pin cushion for her.
LOL the love rival is a trip. Girl, he don't want you. He barely says two words to you.
Dropped at 9. Story got too draggy and they stayed beating around the bush with his love confession.
