for me, this one is lack of investigation after ep 8, great thriller in early ep but was fine after ep 8, common revenge.
this is just my opinion. this series build great in the beginning. strong personality, mysterious past and plan. FL also great as con artist in the beginning, clever, etc.
but after half of the series, the story was downhill. FL not look clever/con artist anymore, the investigation just stuck, not feel thriller enough anymore.
but still watchable. i still watching this, and wait for 2 last eps.
so, i am pretty understand why the rating went down cause i can feel it too.

I think they not explain it at all. For the teacher, he live in same apartment with jooran's sister, he was her neighbor.
He look suspicious at least for jooran.
That why she see him as killer.

Ofc she knew it. 10 years ago when she read his husband note, that time she knew someone who being affair with her is the president. She also take a capture from that note and save it in her lighter.
I believe she afraid about the president cause she afraid he will leave her as lover. So she tried to show her ability, and hide the fact she knew the truth.

The last part seem so unreal when they choose to live in that house again. Especially when she had huge trauma for many years.
The part of csu's mom also made me confused. She showing as person with demesia, so not weird she leak the fact about her daugthr killed her son in law. But later reveal she not that crazy , seem like she just fake it, so then why she reveal it to MJR? Cause look like she love her daugther too.
Another question, who is her sister's killer and why her mother/husband blamed her about her sister death? Just another gaslighting or what?

I got spoiler from some yt channel who already read the novel, was said seungjae is the real one who kill soomin and jaeho just hiding it.
But idk if this series adapt that plot or not, cause in ep 6 we clearly saw jaeho is the one who kill soomin.

You are not alone. At early ep, 1-2 i still confused who exactly she is????
Even after the funeral, i still denial she is her sister in law cause she act like care taker of sang eun's mother.

Yeah she is sang eun's sister in law. She call her husband "oppa" maybe because they don't have baby yet so she call him like that (not change). Sometimes in kdrama i heard they call their husband as "yeobo" or "name of baby's father" like "seungjae appa" so i also find a bit weird when she call him as "oppa".
She also call sang eun as "agashi" , a bit weird cause usually they not use this nickname in modern drama, mostly they use their name -nim/shi.

Cause not being people's taste or disappointing

i just noticed both of them used the same scarf for their photo promotion as they did on ep 2. does that scarf just symbolic for something or that have hidden meaning.

one thing i noticed is their cinematography. some comments here said thats was so great but for me thats was so eerie/creepy. hard for me get used to it. somehow i still watch this cause the plot. for me the story quite promising even the storyline quite slow paced.

I never see about that comment (romance) here. i think people upset about the plot not reach their expectation. not about romance

they description FL as great con artist at the beginning, and thats was cool plot for me also the reason why i watching this. but later turn out thats not the main plot, this about her revenge and she used other people to do it. she somehow just sit down.
thats also disappointed me. but i still watching this cause i have a spare time. LOL

The main reason for me is "the way they shoot the scene" "cinematography???"
Usually if i watch a similiar drama with this genre i will feel excited when they show me the victim of murder. But this one made me feel uneasy. Somehow i can feel their emotion, i can't explain this at all.
Example when they want to show us what FL saw in her garden, they shoot her fingers, her back, her weird smile, her body and then finally the thing in her garden. Usually for similiar scene they will show us the expression of the character then the hidden thing.

In the beginning i thought he still relevant with the story cause both of them is opposite each other. But slowly i found FL just a woman with revenge's plan not that cruel or psychopath, her life just so painful.
Not just ML but Go yo han or the psychiatrist Mo, also not really deserved as main lead. 3 of them look like side characther or just a guests. ML as a guest for early ep (cause he help her), yo han and psychiatrist Mo as a guests for experiment class plot (around ep 9-10).
Meanwhile all of ro eum teammates is main lead. Especially da jung/nasa, they have huge potential.
I thought i just the only one found why the main lead except ro eun feel like side characther insted being main lead.
Maybe they are a key for the rest ep, who knows.

1. Who is the one killed soon ae in 2021?
That time the time Machine already exist and ML already used that.
-Yeon woo from 1987?? But why tf he travel to 2021 and kill her?? Just random again or what?
-Yeon woo from 2021?? Why he did that after stop it when he already stop it on 1987
-koo mi soo or mi sook?? But why he/she did that?
2. What exactly happend to Hae jun from 2022?? As long i can understand, when he got that car he travel to 2037 (if i am not wrong) to look at his future, does he get his peace dream or not. But he already not exist at that time so he searching again and found out he being disappear on 2022, the last hint just his belonging around the river with his blood. That why in 2024 his grandfather still there and said people must find his grandson.
3. Why his son leave that car to hae jun??? I don't really understand their line. If he want repair the story, he can do it alone but why he said just hae jun can finish it?
4. How the both of leads meet if that car not exist??

I just made the answer for myself if they not give us season2.
If that car not exist on 2021, so soon ae will be save and never being killed. I can see FL spend her days with her parents like always. And then, 2 of them meet and married, and got their son. The end

Some of the plot leave unclear for me. I just imagine to answer it. LOL

Just tell me some drama which deserve 8.6 rating from your own taste.
