For example time travel... no one has successfully achieved it but there are lot of scientific theories about it. Dramas take those theories and add a few of their own rules and we cant say if they are correct or wrong bcz its all theoretical. Hence why all time travel dramas don't follow the same rule. This show is playing with brain transplant the same way. There need not be an explanation that is scientifically proved by 2021 because its under scifi tag.

Yeah. They brought a convicted doctor to do a surgery( he maybe a genius in his time, but 20+ years behind bars and his crimes should have cost him his license!) The writer has introduced too many things all at once without untangling the threads one by one.
