The mother pukes after watching BongYi's injuries. She is reminded of what her son is capable of..i.e. She knows YH is the killer. When YH goes to meet her she asks him " What happened Son? " Then he asks her while looking at his photo with her "you knew your son is a murderer" He is referring to himself. JBR always held the crutch in right hand only except for that one time. And I refuse to believe that if he is truly a smart killer he will slip up in front of a crowd of police officers and hold it in the wrong hand.
