I have never loved a series more than this. im not kidding. I didnt skip a single freaking scene. it had literally everything I would want from a series. why is this only 10 episodes, im gonna cryðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
so I became bored towards the mid, but sat through it and I gotta say, it was worth it. I love the leads as well as the 2nd couple. I even came to love the empress dowager ( CPs mom).
I was watching episode 6, with FLs bestie talking about how much she's grown up with her sleeping over at the MLs and I suddenly thought, what if when the leads are "sleeping together", the FL changes into a guyðŸ˜ðŸ˜. this is my 5th rewatch of this drama and I've never had this thought before lmfao.
I really don't understand why FL didn't divorce ML for cheating , because I think he can't ask for property division…
Chinese law kind protects the cheater in some cases of divorce. I googled cause idk the whole thing but the judge may decide to split the property equally even if there's cheating involved. or if the couple has kids, the one taking the kids( even if he or she cheated) could get money from the partner who suffered. though people are ostracized for cheating. the FL probably doesn't wanna give up half her property to a lying cheater. also there could be prenuptial agreement involved that hasn't been told about yet.
I loved this drama a lot. one of the most lighthearted mystery dramas I've seen. the misunderstandings didn't last long therefore have no impact on me being angry/sad. 10/10 for me.

Dramas are meant to a form a entertainment and not meant to remind you of your real life situations just to deepen the Wounds. This is a warning and not a spoiler, the FLs secret does not get exposed until the last 2 episodes. the ML does feel hurt by both of the FLs identities continuing from episode 14. So don't pick up this drama if you can't deal with this.
can someone tell me what happened around episode 30? I see all these heart wrenching clips on yt and I'm only at episode 20 so I'm worried. Just need a spoiler of what caused the breakup?
