Drama digger

It’s a good drama but I don’t understand the hype, it has a new concept and it could have been amazing, but unfortunately it was disappointing.

I think the plot is a little stupid, one time they figure out everything so quickly, and when it’s obvious they don’t, or when everything is so obvious but they can’t catch the culprit for some stupid reason, or when the leaders act in a rash or childish manner, all of this could’ve been put in a much better way.

They don’t have a plot twist definition, they showed us who’s the big head way too early and you expected almost everything but they kept dragging.

There is absolutely no build up in the drama, everything was messy, i finished the drama and i still can’t wrap my head around the story.

Somehow the male lead is the luckiest, he managed to master higher levels with out learning the basis of each level, he practiced one skill but managed to master the level itself.

I wish it had more fight scenes, they were fun to watch, and i really hoped to see muduk teach jang uk how to fight, like even if she lost her powers she still can practice and help jang uk with his martial arts skills.

I did not like the ending, i don’t even understand why they had to end it that way. It was unnecessary to even make a second season.

I agree I only completed it because i had nothing to do and it was short. But I wasn’t enjoying it, i was laughing most of the time for how cringe it was.

And she’s SO FUNNY, like I can’t stop laughing when she’s acting in the drama and praising yingyuan 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

They were supposed to get married, they promised each other. It’s just the elder brother insisted on marrying her, and she agreed to save the little brother of the one she loved. It’s kinda sad, how desperate he was to have her, he gave up many things just for her, when the so called husband of her didn’t even trust her.

I don’t think u understand, i have watched many xianxia dramas and i enjoy them very well it’s just that this specific drama is so hyped that i had my expectations for it in a very high level, so as I kept watching, i felt somewhat disappointed. It’s good but it’s not great.

No, i like xianxia, it’s just not intriguing and it doesn’t keep you interested

Agree, for some reason they always miss the great dramas, and come for the wired ones, i really tried finishing it but i’m still stuck at 48

She didn’t break up with him for real. It’s just a way to say I'm mad or upset. Even when she really broke up with him for real he thought something thing was bothering her.

Wow, just wow. I understand now everyone has their own opinions and perspectives. I think this is not your genre at all. to me at least they portrayed it very well.
And just a point about the parents, they don't have to be unforgiving and just carry out hatred for th FL especially when there son still has feelings for her.
But hey we all have our points, and ideas and I respect that.

after seeing why she is so fixed on not forgiving TY I understood her more, and I can see where her pain is mainly coming from. but we got to be honest, how can a woman in her late twenties be this petty?
I mean it's been three years, she ran away from her reality, achieved nothing but more grief and hatred for her past and TY, came back after ignoring everyone and making them all so worried about her, and is not even trying to move on. Girl first, there is something called therapy, like the least she can do is accept her reality and work on herself, and show them what you're made off.
Second, don't treat others like trash, they have feelings. Third, people can change and they move on, you can't grip on the past and expect everyone else to do the same. And lastly, u should forgive others not to make them feel better, but to make yourself feel better and set yourself free from the past and the pain you lingering in.

and TY really messed it up when she thanked her, but at least when she ran away, she thought about her mistake, she excepted it and she want to change that because she knows that just talking about her pain without treating it would only make it worse. and she has gone through so much in her life, that finally now she found someone to lean on and she is comfortable while doing that.
I hope things would get better for both of them they need to heal from the incident.

TJ is just the sweetest and the most positive, he is trying to make things work for everything, hope everything goes well when TY finds out about how he is related to JY.

To me, I really liked the drama and enjoyed it till the end, even with the sad ending. But what I really don’t like and what is still bothering me is how they didn’t show us how everyone else was doing 🥲 to this day I’m still wondering.

Beautiful, I really like when people are open to new scenarios of kdrama. Most dramas has the same stereotype, but after our beloved summer and this drama, i like how they are writing them from new prospective
And most people are saying goblins, gomihos, mermaids, etc had happy endings together but in this drama they couldn’t. Well this drama is written in a different era and it has its own bittersweet taste and i like it. And it really highlights other things which is how life can be, you don’t always get what you want.

It’s true that she has soli to depend on her, but she grew up with no one to rely one, except her grandma and the thing is they weren’t well off so when she heard her friends talk about her not having money and not spending any on them she had to close herself she HAD to depend on herself, and then she met soli in college. If i was YS I wouldn’t share my pain with anyone after all of this built up emotional damage, because it wouldn’t be easy and she just believed that she can get over it, but things didn’t turn out the way she wanted

Omg, this is what I’ve been saying it the whole time. The story is showing more of the psychological side, what a person go through and how there childhood can effect their present emotions and choices . And like u said I really like that about the story cause is realistic rather than a fantasy. To add on that i must say the way that the story is going is so smooth and easygoing, even with the whole love pentagon and the push and pull with the FL and ML it shows that a person can’t really control their emotions nor their acts, like the second male lead even when he thought he had a full proof plan, it just shattered when he met ys again, and most ppl were like ( I can’t believe he still likes her, he should forget about her) but the thing is he tried he really tried to forget about her.

Exactly, even though he liked her he always kept it to himself, and I really felt bad for him we he said he made a plan to forget about her but after all his planning he still had feelings for her

This drama is like a hidden gem. It’s very nice even if it’s sad in the end it’s worth your time. I’ve watched it and I don’t regret it.
