A must-see if you have any emotional attachment to Cairo and Gavreel. Contains no spoilers so, in theory, you could watch this while in between episodes of Gameboys.

A short that shows our favourite characters meeting at a public park with the eyes of strangers on them. It's refreshing to see them address how being out in the open with a same-sex relationship can be an unpredictable experience since you never know how someone will react. The scene almost made me tear up. The video looked beautiful and the instrumental music added so much to the experience.

Fun, Short Commercials

This is a 3 part set of commercials. Most people probably came to see OffGun and I can tell that the writers knew this. They're first in the line-up and their story feels familiar. It's cute and worth seeing.

The third episode has no subtitles, but these shorts are formulaic and easy to follow. Someone has a love problem, Dr Nat gives them advice (and ice cream), then they're able to use the power of Cornetto to solve their problem. I would recommend these episodes to someone who's learning Thai.

My review is a little off because I couldn't rate this the same way I would rate a drama. It's a short snippet of couples that we'll never see again. Each episode is only 4 minutes and there wasn't much to love or hate.

The best at being just friends

If you want a nugget of GL that's more than just implied, this is a good option (but I hope there will be better ones soon where the GL is the main couple). If you've never seen a BL, start with this one. They ended up reusing some ideas from others, but this one did them the best. If you already watch BLs and want to watch yet another university romance, you should watch this so you can see a healthy, non-toxic, consensual relationship.

The actors did an amazing job. Their intimate moments never felt forced, especially because they subverted some popular BL tropes. The relationship progression felt natural and never tried to force the characters to change who they were. I loved watching Pat and Pran's journey without having to sit through (or fast forward past) complicated storylines of side couples. There wasn't a single scene that I felt like I needed to skip. (I think this is the first time that fluff made me cry.) There are so many scenes that I've already rewatched. I personally like that they didn't shy away from the product placement and decided to use it to create some really fun scenes. (I also rewatched those scenes.)

I personally cannot be happy with a secret relationship because it would feel too much like running back into the closet. I'm still happy that they managed to work their way through it. I wanted to feel satisfied by the end, but this show left something unresolved that could easily be solved in 1 episode with what they said in the last episode. Honestly, the last episode felt like a brisk wrap-up. I kind of wish that they had stopped after episode 11 and added a few more episodes after to fix their problems in the present.

Lukewarm, mildly plotless

I finally pushed through this show and I'm unsatisfied. Unless you condense the first seven-ish episodes, I wouldn't recommend watching.

The main problem was that this show didn't have anything significant happen before the 8th episode. It might be because I don't have the cultural background, but I don't think the last episode held as much significance as it should have.

I was happy to see how far all of our favourite characters have come, but Champ and Khunpol felt like a boring afterthought. Though Fiat was the heaviest conflict, his story with Leo kept me from hating him.

I'd rewatch a few scenes primarily from episodes 9 and 10, but there's not much that interested me.

Like a Hollywood Rom-Com (Not recommended)

The plot was as described, but there wasn't enough romance. I think we get a single handful of kisses from all the couples. With the constant push and pull, the whole thing was mildly frustrating. Bad acting, poorly thought out parts, and quickly resolved problems.

The most disappointing part was how the main female lead mostly looked uninterested in the male lead. To be fair, I'm pretty sure most of the actors could have done better. The supporting cast mostly got away with it because they were often comedic.

Por was a sweet guy and I thought he was adorable, but they tried to make him seem 'too young' for Ja. Still, I cannot see why some people got annoyed with his character. I was more annoyed with Ja's perspective of him.

I couldn't take Zen and Yui seriously. If they were more lighthearted, I probably would have liked them more. Shiro and Ann were a good couple. Their part was rushed weirdly, but afterwards, I realised that this couple could have been my favourite if it was given more time on the writing block.

Overall, it was just okay. But I was enough of a sucker for the last episode, that I would go back and rewatch certain scenes.

Unromantic BL Classic

I feel that this show was more focused on this SOTUS system than it was on the couple. I didn't like that they wrote in their friends' drama, including the side couple. It felt unnecessarily distracting and it added no spice.

There weren't many intimate scenes between the leads. People say this is enemies to lovers (which I love), but this felt more like Kongpob was pretend flirting and he accidentally fell in love. There wasn't enough romantic development for me to feel like I was on the journey of a romance.

I didn't understand why people loved this show so much until I read the novel. It included insight into Arthit's character that was necessary to appreciate the character and their romance. The cast did a pretty good job of bringing the novel to screen. I'm not sure if this means that the plot itself was lacking or that they added too much and dragged the show on for too long.

Overall, this is a classic BL drama that people recommend and I can see why. It was satisfying when they got together and it was pretty sweet, if you can take into account how Arthit's feelings develop. The music made the drama feel hyped up enough that I had to finish the whole thing in two days.

Cute show, funny dialogue, healthy relationship

The last scene, the coming out, the growing conflict: all amazing. Nubsib's expressing his feelings made for many cute scenes. I liked how they showed Aoey. He was a flawed person who needed time to grow and learn to be happy with himself. Tum and Tiffy were also an interesting pair.
This show was calmer than some BLs, so I can see how people might have felt that it dragged on. The music also decreased the tension in most scenes. The final resolution happened too suddenly which took away from how great the plot was and left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. I think this show was supposed to be more light-hearted, so I probably should have expected this resolution.
This is a healthier relationship with boundaries, consent, and communication which is too rare for this genre and provides better representation for the LGBT community. We also get insight into problems within the industry. I recommend this because I think these are important things for BL fans to see and they happened to be packaged in a great show.

Light fluff, and messy plot

The first episode shows us a major turning point in their relationship that leads to Kuea wanting to call off their engagement. I was very interested in Lian's motivations and his rationale. Right now, the poor explanation that they provided for Lian's behaviour makes the original plot an excuse to have a major conflict.

During the first few episodes, I kept thinking that Lian is the evil, controlling ex. The power imbalance in their relationship is too heavy and it seems like no one is going to address how bad Lian is to Kuea.

The main problems seem to be caused by all the secrets they keep. There's a drunk kiss scene. This is usually whatever for me, but it felt a bit uncomfortable this time.

Though the second couple doesn't interest me, the actors play their roles well and keep me watching their scenes. This is mostly because I'm curious about their past and how they ended up together(?).

I love the familiar faces that were cast in this. I love Gemini and the foreign actor. that plays him. The main actors have a similar age difference to their characters and I appreciate the authenticity. New's music feels good and has a pleasing sound.

I love this show and plan on rewatching Lian's scenes until the show finishes.
