True. I can only chalk it up to the club owner being really nice so they created an environment where they had a choice. A pimp or madam with a heart ?!?😂Foei let them quit whenever and do what they want a lot so i guess it could be possible in their world. They really tried to show the found family aspect and Foei played the den mother taking in lost cubs. They did show the dangers of such a life though, but they went with a more optimistic perspective overall.

The romance weirdly took a backseat in the latter half. Saithan's character felt neglected considerng he is a main character too. In my opinion the GL aspect was not this shows biggest problem like i'm seeing some comments complain about.None of the side couples were done or weaved in particulary well, even the bl one. It is overall just a chill watch with wasted potential. An easy binge.

I don't think it is a netflix original and they just licensed for international release. I assume it is because it is probably still airing on a SK network.

My understanding is that CBL productions found loopholes by co-producing or partnering with companies outside China and then having official international releases that way. They bypassed the Chinese government but i wonder how long that will last?!?!

Tae Joo's trajectory is probably a realistic one in this cesspool of evil. The guy gave up on himself but under the weight of everything he is up against i can't really blame him. He chooses to protect others at his own expense. He stays stuck and burdened by his principles/loyalty. I'm hoping the last episode he makes major moves though

The sticky man's powers are funny here🤣. Adhesive manipulation could be so much more useful but i love the unseriousness of it all .

Episode 7 touched my heart and it seems the next one is finally giving us some answers to the mystery surrounding Klao. 🤗

I am hoping they ramp up the mystery aspect and start revealing a bit more to hook me. I would hate for them to stuff everything in the last two episodes.
