Why would you say he is straight though? There is literally none evidence that he is straight.. the whole series is him being the most gayest person for Oh, surely he is confused at most times but that is normal for a guy who has been taught that to love is to love an opposite sex in the society. You shouldn’t project your experiences or others and compare to this series, just enjoy it for what it is.

Sometimes gay teen guys like to see what it would be like to feel effeminate in a woman's clothing especially intimate clothes. He is very close with his mother in this series so he probably felt comfortable wearing it. In the first touching scene with Teh at the end of episode 3. Teh freaked out when touching Oh's chest, this was a moment when Oh felt the closest with another guy, and before that evening they spend the whole day together, so he was quite confused about Teh's reaction (this is good for Teh towards accepting himself). When they are underwater touching one another, Teh feels comfortable exploring Oh's chest, after they get out of the water they are very playful, meaning that Teh has relaxed and is starting to explore Oh more physically, but of course they get into an argument and crying etc. This is a secondary moment that Oh feels very confused and starts to probably ask himself 'is there something wrong with me'? That is my conclusive opinion and view about this scene. Breaking down after the bra, probably meant that he is changing himself for someone that does not acknowledge the same love as he has for Teh (Of course Teh is obsessed with Oh, but you know its different from character perspective)
