Omg I can so see the resemblance to that anime. Love the comparison. CY is amazing and he has a way to add that extra spark to make the series super special.

After having finished it and now rewatching episode 1 the experience is 1000x even better. Love these characters and the trio will forever be my favorite trio.

Don't feel bad. The extra ending didn't quite explain everything, but someone posted a comment below explaining what actually happened after based off the book and the open ending they gave us in the series. LLH lives, he is still poisoned but he still lives, and he gets to meet and be with FBD again.

Oh my gosh, would have loved to have seen that happen in the series, they should have shown us what happened after the beach scene. So happy he got to live in peace like he always wanted.

The reveal was GLORIOUS!! His face was priceless. Yup, you can never out do LLH, he is unbeatable and as it turns out true Royalty. While the villain was just pure evil trash who didn't know how to deserve what was given to him. And can I say, why is it so hard for these evil people to leave LLH alone? Both the people he saved at the end were not worthy of saving at all. I was fuming beyond belief.

They are playing with our hearts and the censorship of course lol And one can't forget that they spend the entire night in the wedding chamber like it is custom lol

The only complain I have is I want more of this series. The trio was just too sweat a treat to not see more of. :)

Yes, I second it. It would be great if LLH puts the poison in his body into SGD and the villain dies from the poison since he now has a matching lifeforce as LLH due to their master. That would be a great ending for that horrible person.

They do keep changing the dates lol so who knows at this point. I am a bit sad to see it end so soon but also so happy to be able to see the episodes sooner.

Wait till SGD finds out he isn't the royal son they thought he was. I think it is Li Xiang Yi who was the son and he was just his servant. Can't wait for that reveal. SGD is so greedy and senile. But who knows maybe there won't be another twist like I think, and he might really be who they thought he was. But from the flashbacks it didn't look like it.

The series doesnt end till next week. There are a total of 40 episodes.

Episode 35 and 36 are the same last episode with different endings and some scenes vary towards the end between them. I recommend ep 36 which has the happier ending. Just thought I let you know because it is such a great gem and ep 36 ending makes it perfect.

Omg yes, I was so sad and mad at the same time. I was like you get the person farthest and then come back for the other one who is literally at the door. They both could have been saved. Darn you writers, you pull at our heart strings. :(
