They seek ultimate power yet are scared when they can't control it. I feel you. Our poor ML is just too good for them all.

These two episodes had my heart yearning for more Cheng Yi moments. He was barely even on screen for 5 minutes total. But I forgive them after seeing the previews for tomorrow. I know the fox's story had to advance on so we can get to the really good stuff. And seeing his love story unfold was too cute to be completely disappointed.

But one thing that has my blood boiling is our little spider's brother. Like do you even realize that if it wasn't for FuGui you and your sister wouldn't even have a human form. He gave 10 years of his life to give your sister her body and part of his spiritual energy. OMG

Agree. I love how she isn't completely weak but also not overpowering either. They play well with their own weaknesses, and she has saved him many times as he has her. Plus, I love that her take on the world helped him find his. She was so adorable as a small spider too.

Omg thanks for these behind the scenes, Cheng Yi is so adorable. I wish they would make a drama where his character is exactly how he is behind the scenes, so adorable and funny. Love his serious face so much but his smiling one is just 1000X more adorable.

Omg your comment cracked me up; I would be there along with you. He was so spiteful and when he gave his backstory of why he hated his brother it made him even more of a worse person. He crippled someone and felt no remorse. Good riddance.

And they are all weak too, see how quickly their barrier got broken and they got possessed. They are scared of our ML's power because they are so weak but don't realize he is their only salvation. Idiots the bunch of them.

First let me say the pacing of this drama is perfection, I mean there are a few episodes or spots where it does slow down a bit but it's the best pacing I have seen in a long, long time if ever. And the second thing, is our adorable ML going to be abducted or sold off once he gets to the Western Region in episode 19?

Omg she is super cute, and I love that she is strong but not overpowering and is a perfect match for our ML in that they balance each other out. She sees the beauty in everything, and he has long desired a different scenery.

I also think it was best to have his son not feel love and thus avoid the prophecy that seems to still be happening. I think in him trying his hardest to avoid that he caused the events that will lead to it. The ML only wanted love and to be free, if his father had allowed that the prophecy might have been avoided.

The previews of the next two doesn't seem to have any angst so it might be safe to see those two more at least before waiting.

Finally going to finish watching this one. I got so busy that I couldn't finish it. Going to watch from the beginning.

It's that time of year to rewatch this one. Can't get enough of Cheng Yi, his acting really showed in this series and so happy for all the projects he has done after.

Just finished this one and kicking myself for taking so long to start it. I binge watched it in 3 days and though towards the end once the main bad is revealed I was like catch them already lol the wait was well worth it. Cheng Yi never disappoints, and it was a pleasure to see him on screen, also loved the bromance with his brother. Wish I had such a caring brother like him. The actor who played his brother also did an amazing job. It was great to see many of the other actors take on more serious roles. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend just maybe not binge watch it in 3 days like I did, watch it at a slower pace to really enjoy the story and acting.

In Immortal Samsara he dubs his own voice when playing his father.

I'm now on episode 23 and already want to know who the spy is. The suspense is too much but also don't want to finish, enjoying seeing Cheng Yi on screen. I wish he did more modern dramas, miss his short hair.
