Most prefer fantasy over reality The characters here are more human sometimes spoilt, illogic, ruthless, having misunderstanding and changing overtime which is happening in real world But most of the ppl prefer the nice ML\FL who were perfect start to end That is why most drama with dark background, showing real world stupid decisions with unstable and toxic characters never get high score I have long list of these drama with high quality low rating So don't care

As a physician who have been working on cancer and saw numerous patients, I could tell you that making these kinds of show, presenting the real situations patient going through, talking about thoughts and feeling are more than valuable. WE NEED TO STIGMATIZED SOMETHING ABOUT CHRONIC LONG LIFE DISEASE WE NEED TO TELL THAT CANCER IS NOT DEATH SENTENCE WE NEED TO EDUCATE PEOPLE ABOUT THESE KIND OF DISEASE There are a lot of ppl here that suffering from the disease with unfamiliar name, most of the time we just want to diagnose them and treat them but behind every single patients there is life, hope and family which require to be considered Thank you 🙏
This is one of the most beautiful characterization that I've ever seen in drama. You can not see even a white or black character, all of them are defined in gray spectrum, little darker or brighter. I really recommend it, specifically if you are obsessed with amazing and thoughtful characterization.

I told you I agree that his way is not the best way. But actually in that kind of era, wanting to protect everyone and considering his feeling is not possible. She literally killed the ML twice by putting him in very dangerous situations. So he couldn't just close his eyes about their sacrifing actions. Madness and love mixed here. The best way was to stop her from taking revenge but it is kind of obsession for her. In real life we can not save everyone specifically the ppl who didn't want. I saw her as these kind of ppl. She is mother now and not change a little bit, that's show many things about her obsession. Is really revenge that matters to kill numerous ppl between ?

As a big brother, Qing yu's act is understandable. Su su is a dangerous woman, blinded by revenge, do anything even suicide for revenge and the ML is an idiot also blinded by love. I completely agree that he used the cruel ways for his protection, but I think all of his action for separation these two came from protection not selfishness. He prefer to be a bad guy than losing his brother. He even was ready to hurt the other brother by killing his father for Qing Yi. The prison was also for saving him from dying, if you saw the ep 20 21, He said to Ms. Ye that he was in pain for putting his brother in prison in order to save him
to be clear, no shade to the actor - he's doing very well considering I absolutely despise his character.
Generally all of the characters here made losts of wrong decisions. The revenge made the FL completely blind that make her stupid. She not even considered that she is a mother. Keep doing the irrational and selfish things. There must be someone to tell her enough. I even saw the decision about not telling him about the child as her fault too. She wants to keep going for revenge and not involve the ML. So not telling him and as the point of view of the LBZ, it is none of his business and he also want to protect his brother in his own way (which I believe that is idiot too by behaving like that) Also for the ML, he is really stupid. Okay cut the obsession for the girl. Want to protect your child, okay but eagerly wants the girl again ! NO IT IS NOT THE WAY

I totally agree. I can not understand the hate at all. We need to consider that the characters need to be human for being believable not the idealistic green flags guys. But there is something left that I wish they consider it in going episodes. The eager for revenge must reduce dou to the fact that SHE IS A MOM now not a single free revenge girl. SHE HAS responsibility, now and that is the logical thing that make the ppl to change their point of views from looking backward to looking forward
I think the big brother death is really tragic as he was the only one who really care about ML. Also he was the only one who have other ppl back. But in the other hand, it was necessary for other characters development and grow up. They lost a responsible one and forced to take the responsibility, not only the ML but also FL, Boze and even Ms. Ye.
I have watched all remaining episodes and the special episode after ep.36. It is a happy ending, so I am all for…
Many drama have forced HE, without explanation or something just for increasing the rating. I don't know why but ppl give lower score to drama just for SE I also prefer the real, logical ending most of the time, but it is understandable for me that the production team decision
