I'm not feeling a lot of depth yet, mostly I'm feeling confused. Now, grain of salt because I don't usually watch…
I'm also not familiar with business stuff, it's usually boring. They dumped so many information in a short period of time, I'm convinced they want everyone and their mamas confused hahaha

The writer is really playing everyone, he's keeping many pieces of the puzzle hidden. I know it's not popular, but I love the feeling of being in the dark not knowing everything about the story and characters hzjsjdhdbd
How's this going guys? Regular chaebol eccentric drama or is there more depth than the normal we're used to seeing?
So far, I feel it's an unconditionally exciting drama! I love being in the dark not sure of what's happening. I like that the players are usually smart, even the dumbest character got games hahaha It's a fast paced drama btw.
Have you ever seen the person you like kissing another one? It's a gut wrenching feeling.
My friend, the story is not about their romance, episodes 1-2 were basically a summary of what happened before the game started. Just bc they didn't show doesn't mean Taeoh only met her a couple of times. You need to use reason to fill in the gaps. They were neighbors and classmates, do you honestly think he fell for her in what? 3 days? Come on now.
This comment section is gonna get tiresome if all anyone wants to discuss is the female lead and what she may…
I entered here to see if more ppl started getting some of the plot right but nope. They're all discussing the most irrelevant stuff which is the imaginary love triangle and the delivery of a new actress (that could improve, yes, but it's not bad at all).
It is true, it's what I've been thinking the whole second episode.... they just wanted partnership to help each…
Like Ivy said in another comment, Taeoh and Inha's relationship is like a house of cards. I hope once the house falls they take the opportunity to build a real relationship.
Also it's interesting to me that no one seems to question how quickly the boys friendship cultivated in episode…
Exactly. That's why I like the fact fl is not there just for romance. She's an active player with her own personal agenda. The trio may share q common objective, but they all have different personal reasons and hidden agendas. I guess they weren't lying when they put the noir tag.
So many ppl here are ignoring the fact Taeoh proposed a partnership to Inha. I want to remember yall Taeoh offered his desperation, not true loyalty. Inha is very aware of that fact, that's why he pursued the girl even though he knows Taeoh likes her. Of course, overtime they established a friendly relationship, but the fact Taeoh didn't openly admit he liked Hyewon shows he doesn't trust Inha for his personal matters. I'm sorry to pop the bromance bubble, I wish it was real too ;-;

Hyewon is not in the story just to be the romantic interest. She's there to make things harder for the boys, otherwise…
Human beings like genuine relationships. Of course it's a sacrifice when have to avoid dating someone you're attracted to bc you have bigger plans. Once things start going in a different direction from their plans, they'll probably question if compromising their relationship was worth it.

It is a sacrifice. They're sacrificing the experience of settling in an ordinary romantic relationship for their goals. I see no problem in Hyewon using Inha. I'm sure Inha knows she likes Taeoh and it's trying to make her like him instead. Inha is not naive, I'm sure he'll show his true colors soon enough.
