It's not confirmed, but chances are she will appear briefly in flashbacks. She also possibly filmed some scenes for part 2 along with part 1. I say this bc Jaewook cut his hair in June and Somin was still filming around June 20 (according to jiseok's coffee truck). I think the teasers were hints about the characters' background stories. Jang Uk was burning the book probably to represent he was done with his past 12 masters who only taught him to memorize the spell books. The book not being destroyed by the fire can symbolize 1) he found a new master to teach him spells, 2) Seo Gyeong's poem book scene, 3) Uk's final scene in ep20.

There are many possibilities. Maybe someone wiped her memories, maybe she was resurrected (like a phoenix?) without memories, maybe she does remember but it's faking it... or maybe she remember stuff only when she's dreaming. Anyway, I'm curious to see how all this will unfold. I don't think she's just a lookalike or secret twin though.
